Time is what it takes to heal."She did what!?"
"Nova, calm down." Angel held her hands in the air, "She saved me. Remember what Cherri said?"
"I know what she said but Lana-" Nova stopped herself, Angel smiled softly at her. "Fine, I'll let it go." Angel grinned and pulled her arms around.
"Let's talk about something more... Fun." Angel pulled Nova onto the couch of Angel's house, "Well, you know how I bought the diner."
"Mhm,"
"And I have sooo many people looking for hire and business is actually going so well now,"
"What? Really?" Nova quickly hugged Angel, "Oh, I'm so happy for you." They then shared a kiss, "And you...?" Angel asked, a knowing look in her eyes.
"Ah, yes!" Nova held Angel's hands warmly, "I may have gotten a tour... Outside of Indigopia."Angel's eyes widened, "Outside?"
"Yes! They just opened their borders for things like work or important things, even visiting places." Angel dove onto Nova, knowing her on her back on the couch.
"This is so special!" Angel grinned, crossing her arms over Nova's chest. "We have to celebrate, this is so huge for you and your band."
"Okay, okay." Nova shifted from under Angel, "You're so heavy." Nova huffed out, Angel snickered as she sat up. "I will make sure you can come with me," She added, sitting up, and planting another kiss on Angel's lips.
"Also..." Angel drew out a soft voice, "Your sister's funeral is tomorrow."
Nova let out a sigh, "I know."
"We need to get nice clothes," Angel pulled herself off of Nova's lap and sat beside her.
"Are my clothes not nice?" Angel let out a hiss and turned her head slightly, Nova rolled her eyes and gave Angel a soft shove.
"As much as I love your fashion and your very flattering outfits," Angel ran a finger across Nova's cheek. "But, this is a public, sort of, event. It's time to be basic, Nova."
Nova groaned and fell limp against the couch. "Let's go over the list one more time."

People filed into the room, filling the seats.
"Why are they even here?" Nova crossed her arms.
"She's her mother, Nova." Angel put a hand on her arm, "And your father... you know he's changed. He's planning to talk to you, show you."
"I know..." Nova sighed, "I'm scared of that. He's my dad, I know, but..." Nova glanced at Angel who then smiled. "I'll chill out, and have a normal chat."
"Thank you," Angel's eyes raised above Nova's head. Myth and Cherri walked in, close to each other, talking quietly.
When they took their seats, the normal funeral stuff happened. The speeches though, brought some tears.
Nova cleared her throat as she stood on the stand, she was in a black shirt with black pants on. The shirt had a collar and was buttoned, her pants were normal dress pants. "When I was asked to prepare a speech I didn't know what to say... So much so that I didn't write one." Nova glanced up at the crowd, she swallowed thickly. "Me and my sister had tough spots... But I loved my sister, you know?"
