Chapter 26: 3 years later...

Three years had passed since Tetsuya Senju became the Hokage. The transformation he brought to Konoha was nothing short of miraculous. Under his leadership, the village flourished, and the citizens came to adore him for his wisdom, strength, and compassion.

On this particular day, Tetsuya sat in his office with Itachi and Shisui, discussing their futures.

"Shisui, Itachi," Tetsuya began, his tone both serious and encouraging, "I want you to gain as much strength and knowledge in the next five years as you can. Continue to hone your skills, master the space-time ninjutsu, and grow as leaders."

Itachi nodded, his expression calm and focused. "Yes, Tetsuya-sensei. We will do our best."

Shisui, always slightly more animated, grinned. "We'll make you proud, Tetsuya-sensei."

Tetsuya smiled warmly at them. "I have no doubt about that. When the time comes, I want each of you to take on a genin team. Naruto and Sasuke will be graduating around that time, and I want to entrust each of you with one of them. Guide them, train them, and help them grow into the shinobi they are destined to become."

Itachi's eyes softened at the mention of Sasuke. "I understand. I will make sure Sasuke becomes a strong and honorable shinobi."

Shisui nodded enthusiastically. "And I'll make sure Naruto realizes his full potential."

Tetsuya leaned back in his chair, his gaze thoughtful. "The future of Konoha rests on your shoulders. You two represent the best of what this village can offer. Keep that in mind as you continue to train and lead."

Both Itachi and Shisui bowed slightly, their respect for Tetsuya evident. "Thank you, Tetsuya-sensei. We won't let you down," Itachi said with conviction.

As the two left the office, Tetsuya felt a surge of pride and hope for the future. The village was in good hands with these two young leaders. He turned to the stack of papers on his desk, a small smile playing on his lips. Konoha was at peace, but vigilance was still necessary. He had a duty to ensure this peace lasted.
