i walked downstairs and started the coffee pot and grabbed my laptop. i opened it and saw a lot of tags someone started a "doitforgigi" petition and i smiled. i saw almost the whole wnba & nba as well as other celebrities joined.

everyone is so supportive and i couldn't be more grateful. i felt so alone after she was taken but they have shown me that they are with me every step of the way as i grieve.

i had so many dm's and messages from different celebrities. gigi baby you are so loved omg. i picked up my phone and answered ty's call.

so me and the team came up with the idea to throw a party to celebrate gigi's little life. and since we're playing the aces friday it would be perfect but all the other teams will be flying out to Vegas to celebrate as well.

not only that but nba players, singers, actors, and more. we got all the shirts ordered and designed as well shoes. i think jackie will love it. i'm hoping because i don't want it to be to much for her.

dijonai texted me and lmk that the shirts where just delivered. i'm picking up the shoes on thursday night and we have food balloons, decorations, signs all of that situated.

jackie has no idea but everyone else does. we had to keep it a buck cus i feel like someone's gonna end up slipping up.

i texted aja to make sure everything was settled since they wanted to do it at their gym which would make jackie feel most comfortable since she's shy.

i set my phone down and smiled. because doing this for my best friend and my niece just gives me a sense of hope. that maybe she's still out there fighting. ik she's tired but ik she's strong.

we talked about tik toks and random things and jackie walked in.

we love making her nervous. she hid her face in her hands making me laugh because she's so shy especially for her to be 26. it's been 6 years and we still trying to get her out her shell.

we continued talk and chill doing tiktoks and stuff. it really be chill but lit with us everytime. we were really excited about the little party we're throwing for gigi and we can't wait to see jackie and ja's reaction.
