i finished my morning routine and headed downstairs. since im home schooled im gonna go get breakfast and then come back to my room to do my work.
i walked into the kitchen and saw my parents kissing.
"morning princess" my dad said and i nodded at him. i really had no words. i grabbed an apple and walked back to my room.
i ft bryce while i did my work. "why are you ignoring your parents ?" he asked.
"because idk what i wanna say to them yet" i said.
"okay but still. their doing what's best for you baby" he said making me sigh.
"yeah ik" i mumbled. a few minutes later i heard a knock on the door and i saw my mom come in.
"you can't skip breakfast baby" she said setting a plate down on the nightstand.
"im good" i said holding up an apple.
"is that why your stomachs still growling ??" she asked taking the apple from me.
"eat" she said leaving. i love how my mom still care about me even if we did have a fight.
and she makes the best breakfast. i looked over at it and it's freshly cooked. i grabbed it and stared eating it was so good too. bless my mom.
"so cute" bryce said as he took ft pictures of me.
"omg bryce stop" i whined.
"no you look so cute" he said making me giggle.
after about 10 minutes i finished my work. i took my plate downstairs and washed it and i saw my mom and dad on the couch.
"she still upset ?" dad asked.
"mhm. i definitely understand why she's upset but i wish she would just understand were we're coming from as her parents" my mom said.
"well just know your an amazing mother. don't ever doubt that ik what gianna said hurt but we both know she didn't mean it. your amazing" he said.
"aww thank you baby. i really appreciate cus i needed that. i never want her to think ion care about her" she said kissing him.
"so i talk to coach and let her know that i won't be playing this year" i said to them.
"love bug i promise you we're just doing what's best for you" my mom said.
"mhm sure" i said shaking my head.
"gianna you gotta stop this" my dad said.
"stop what ? i have every right to be upset right now. you guys basically just ruined my life" i said.
"we're protecting you baby why can't you see that" he asked.
"it's not protecting me. this is hurting me just as much as going to school was. cus now i have to sit here and reminisce about why i was trapped the first time." i yelled.
"as your parents it's our job to protect you so imma need you to except this sh** for what it is" my dad said.
"jamel" my mom said.
"whatever" i said going to my room.

"aww she was really upset huh ?" kelsey said.
"yeah she was yelling oh and she told me she hated me too" i said sarcastically smiling.
"so there's that" i added.
"girl she did not mean that" aja said.
"ikk but she really think we don't care about her" i said rubbing my forehead. i finished talking to the team and headed home.
i walked inside and went upstairs to shower. i saw ja in bed on his laptop.
"hey ma how was practice ?" he asked.
"it was okay i couldn't really focus" i said and he nodded. i grabbed some clean clothes and headed to the bathroom.
after my shower i went downstairs and gigi was in the kitchen on her laptop as well. ion even know what to say to her.
"gigi.. i'm sorry about everything yk i had to baby" i said she looked up at me.
"yeah i guess" she said.
"gianna im trying i really am. you just don't understand but if you were a mother you would. i love you baby and you gotta understand that i lost you once and i can't lose you again" i said.
"ik mom i just i feel so alone and going to school with my friends made me feel like i had a purpose" i mumbled.
"baby you will always have a purpose wether your in school or not. why didn't you tell me that ?"
"because you stress enough about me mom. your always there when i break down, you feed me, you take me to my counseling sessions i didn't want to bear you with too much" she said.
"baby girl.. it will never be too much. especially when it comes to you and your health. i will always be here when you need me it don't matter what it is. as your mother its my job to protect you and make sure you know how much your loved and to help you" i told her.
"mom im sorry about what i said. i promise i didn't mean it i was just angry and really upset" she told me.
"it's okay love.. ik you didn't mean cus yk why ?"
"why ?"
"because your still clingy and ik you was still checking my location" i said smirking at her. she looked down and giggled.
"i love you baby girl. & yk that and i would do anything for you. i promise this is only temporary" i said.
"i love you more mommy" she said. she came around the counter and hugged me tightly.
"btw i found some nails inspiration for the wedding" she said making me smile.
"i can't wait to see them. let's go get your dad the food is ready" i said and she nodded.
"aww we made up that's good" he said wrapping his arms around my waist.
"mhmm and ykw else i finished wedding planning" i said kissing his lips.
"oh really ? that's good. you have like the best taste in decoration" he mumbled.
"mhm definitely baby" i said as he continued to kiss me.
"mom dad can bryce and juju come over ?" gigi asked.
"ofc you need sunlight my love" my mom said and i smiled.
"okay bye nasties" she said making me laugh.
"wait, wait, wait so you can kiss bryce but i can't kiss ja" i said laughing.
"i mean i guess" she said laughing.
i shook my head and laughed as she went to change to hang out by the pool. i looked up at ja and he just stared at me.
"what ?" i asked.
"nothing.. your just an amazing mom and future wife" he said making me blush.
"thank you my love. don't worry your an amazing dad and yk gianna don't play bout you and neither do i" i said.
"i luh you girl" he said hugging me.
"i love you more" i said as we kissed. i felt his hands roam down to my butt.
"mm gigi's still here" i said into his lips.
"right we should go sit by the pool" he said grabbing my hand.
i grabbed some cold lemonade for the kids because gigi gets sunburned and hot easily.. juju just bright for no reason and bryce is easy to collapse. we sat down and watched as the 3 swam around the pool. i love my little family.
