when a generally protective lycanthrope joins the-boy-who-lived's group of friends in his first year, she has many secrets to hide. one, above all else, being her obligation to the full-moon, and her obligations to her mother's creatures. as time progresses, she finds herself in a structured life between the chaos of finding herself, as well as her best friend's mischievous ways, and searching for a substantial and stable way of expressing her love for a certain weasley boy who she considers her secondary best friend, after harry potter, of course. but, her love for him is different - he calls to her, little wolf screams out that she needs him. it's involuntary, sort of greedy love. and she can't help but need him in her life, no matter how much it hurts.
