Husk was sitting on the couch when, the pretty white and pink spider walked in through the door. Fat Nuggets squealed in excitement, hopping off the couch and bouncing around at Anthony's feet with glee. The spider had popped just a couple of pills in his car before he drove off. The high hadn't kicked in yet though.

Anthony lifted up the pig and cradled him like a baby.

"I missed you too Nugs! Were you a good boy?" He asked the pig before he looked at Husk. "Did he eat dat damn butterfly after?"

Husk chuckled and shook his head. "Surprisingly, no."

Anthony smiled and sat the pig back on the ground walking into the kitchen. He opened the fridge looking for something to give the pig. He decided to give the pig a slice of sandwich turkey.

"Dat's good! We don't eat things while dey're alive."  Anthony stated as he hand fed the pig.

Husk chuckled, shaking his head. Anthony wandered into the living room afterwards, he sat down next to Husk, who wrapped an arm around his shoulders.

"Did you have a good time?" He asked.

Angel nodded and patted his thigh.  Husk unwrapped his arms from the spider, he laid acrossed the couch on his stomach, with his head in the spider's lap. Angeldust smiled, his upper set of hands softly running through Husk's fur as he petted him.

The cat demon purred loudly, Angel's new acrylic nails made the pets even better.

"You're quiet." Husk noted as he purred. One of Anthony's lower hands held his face from underneath his chin fluffing his cheeks with his fingers. Husk tilted his head into the spider's fingers.

Anthony nodded. "Thinkin." Was all he said.

Husk didn't move but, he looked up at the spider he loved, with just his eyes. "Uh oh. Ya okay?" He asked from a place of genuine curiosity and concerns. Angel took out a cigarette and lit it.

The spider nodded again. "Yeah, Cherri helped.... I think." He stated.

Husk's eyebrows furrowed as his eyes went wide. Definitely had to be bad. "Ya actually listened to her advice, for once?"

Anthony scoffed and softly nudged the cat demons shoulder with his lower one, that was wasn't being used. "Fuck off a'rite! She wouldn't lemme run."

Husk chuckled. "Good. They let ya off easy, too often." He mentioned.

The spider rolled his eyes, though he knew Husk was right. They were afraid if they ran after him, they'd push him away for good. As much as they hate how he cuts them off, they'd much rather him keep coming back then push that boundary and risk losing their friendship entirely. "Fuck you, a'rite! Oh and Cherri threatened to kick my ass." He stated after blowing out more smoke.

Husk's eyes widened. That wasn't what he expected at all.  He was incredibly shocked.

"The fuck did you say to her?!" He gasped.

The spider giggled, his nose scrunched up. "Nothing! She started lecturing me so, I was gonna leave and she basically said she'd kick my ass, and call you."

The winged cat demon laughed. "I'd never lay a hand on you but, sometimes you do need it."

The spider laughed as well. He ran a hand through his hair. "Yeeeeeahh. She popped me good last year, before I took off. I was such a dick. But she ain't been wrong yet so... If I need a reality check, I can rely on her for it. " He chuckled and sighed, as he looked back on the past with his friends and how his entire perspective on life changed when he was under Valentino's control. He was glad Cherri never gave up on him, dispite how pissy she was when he didn't listen, she never stopped caring. Cherribomb only wanted him to live an accept himself the way their friend group does. Flaws and all.
