It's been more than three weeks from the start of tournament. And from the first day of match of lsg Prarthana and Devdutt become friends more like close friends as he knows the secret of her which no one still knows.

Every time they entered elevator Devdutt used to hold her hand and it eventually made her calm.

As time passed Prarthana started to develop feelings for Devdutt as he is the only boy who had been close with her and his kind and caring nature attracted her even more.

His smile and how his eyes become too small every time he smiled made her adore his smile even more. It would be lie if she says she doesn't like him, she can't even stay away from him for hours.

In few matches when he didn't played well and become down she supported him and made him believe in himself.

They had long night talks after every match. Prarthana who was always in her comfort zone is now become so close to him which was noticed by Rahul.

Rahul saw his sister's old self these days, the girl who was smiley, jolly and cheerful. She had those Sparky eyes everytime she was near Devdutt.

The lost girl was finally here, she was as same like how she used to four years ago.

Till now no one knows why she suddenly become so closed off, Rahul had tried to cheer her up, ask her what's the matter but she never said anything and because of his busy life he eventually let her be like she wants.

Today was Rahul's birthday so there's this small birthday party arranged. Prarthana was so happy as after years she is celebrating her brother's birthday.

Everyone gathered in hall and celebrated the birthday. Words exchanged as well as some moments. As every year this year too Prarthana didn't failed to give a meaningful gift to her only brother.

One by one everyone left from the hall to their room. Prarthana had talk with her parents and returned. She walked through reception but sudden voice stopped her.

"Ohh look who we have here, out little innocent Prarthana" she turned and her blood went cold witnessing the girls standing there. One girl said and another laughed.

"Priya.. Surbhi" Prarthana mumbled, "ohh you still remember us. That's so sweet" that Priya girl said.

"How are you? Like always a dumb" Surbhi said and both evilly smiled. "Stop it Surbhi" Prarthana said and turned to leave as her mind was becoming nub with memories.

"You bitch showing attitude haan?" Priya said before yanking Prarthana's hand. "Leave my hand" Prarthana said, she didn't wanted to create scene but the face of these girls didn't helped her as she felt the same hatred for them as she felt before.

"Priya leave my hand, don't mess with me" Prarthana grumbled. "So what?" Said Surbhi while folding her hands on her chest. Before Prarthana could say anything Devdutt come here.

"Prarthana why are you still here" Devdutt asked both girls turned to see him walking in their way "oh my god he is Devdutt Padikkal" Priya exclaimed.

As they were distracted already Prarthana tried to release her hand from Priya's hold, which she successfully did, and started to walk out of the hotel. "Hello sir I -" before Surbhi could complete Devdutt walked behind her.

They both stood there like a dumb.

Prarthana was seated on ground looking blankly at nowhere. Soon Devdutt come and sat beside her.

There was comfortable silence as they both sat there looking in air.

Prarthana wanted to let out everything to him. She trusted him enough to tell him about her fears. She looked at him than again turned.

"I have fear of elevators" he knows it but still looked at her to continue.

"I have this fear only because of these two girls" she said indicating girls from earlier. Who were blocking her way by holding her hand.

"They were my friends or I thought, they would always accompany me in classes always been with me from the time I took admission in 11 grade. What I didn't knew was they were with me because my dad was rich.

One day when they invited me to one of their birthday party that day I went little early to that hotel suprise them only to get biggest surprise for myself.

That day they were talking about how dumb I am, and they can usee or my money and etc. I never thought that my sweet friends can be really bitter from inside.

I really got emotional that day, and I shouted on them, they were shocked. I walked out from there and entered in elevator. To make me regret my deeds they literally locked me in elevator for half day.

When I was strucked in elevator, I screamed for help but no one was able to hear me. I was terrified that day. I become unconscious, when I get concious I find myself in hospital.

It was 8 in night when I got to home mom and dad were worried sick she was literally crying because of me.

After that day, I never make any friends with the fear of getting same result. But now when I think of them they just look like those greedy student" she bitterly chuckled as finished.

Devdutt who was silently listening everything felt bad for her. No one has the right to play with anyone's feelings. He just patted her head assuring like saying 'now you are strong'
