Chapter 43

Katie's POV

I wake up to a silent house which surprised me. I'm normally the last one up but I couldn't hear anything meaning I must be the first awake.

According to Kim, Amy likes to sleep in late and I don't even want to think about what Kim and Cheryl could have been up to last night resulting in them sleeping later than usual.

When me and Amy came home from the cinema it was completely obvious what they had been up to, they were both changed into their pjs but they both had sex hair and a certain look in their eyes.

You could also tell they they were waiting till we went to bed and as I finally went up they were practically running upstairs to tuck me in and then go into their bedroom.

The only thing I was grateful for was soundproof walls.

I quietly slip out of bed in search of a glass of water.

I made my way downstairs to see that I was right, I am the first up.

Once I have my glass of water I sit on the sofa under a blanket and turn the tv on. I try keep it on a lower volume so I don't wake anyone.

Yesterday before Kim and Cheryl went on their date they said something about going shopping today, Cheryl had judges houses for the X Factor soon and she had invited me and Kim along with her.

They were trying something knew with X Factor this year and the location of the judges houses weren't allowed to be out of the Uk, the locations were also picked randomly which meant we were going to Devon.

Hopefully it might be slightly warm but lets face it. It's still in England which means it's gonna be cold.

Cheryl was saying she needed new dresses for it but I don't think she did. I think Kim and Cheryl wanted to find an excuse to go shopping seeing as we haven't gone in a while.

I was happy that Amy was here though, because when Kim and Cheryl were going crazy trying on things I wouldn't be sat there on my own, I would have Amy to talk to.

It's at least another half an hour before I hear someone coming down the stairs.

As they enter the living room I look over to see it's Kim and once she spots me she comes and sits next to me under the blanket on the sofa.

"Morning Katie."

"Morning."

"How long have you been awake?"

"Not long."

"Good."

We didn't really talk much more until Cheryl came downstairs, who was then later followed by Amy. But we didn't need to, we sat watching tv in comfortable silence and I wouldn't have changed it for anything.

We had got to that stage where I truly loved her, I just hadn't told her yet.

I've known her for a few months but it feels like I have known her a lifetime.

It doesn't matter to me that she gave me up, she came looking for me so I forgive her.

I felt comfortable and safe around her and I must admit, she does give amazing cuddles.

Me, Kim, Cheryl and Amy are currently out shopping, it's been pretty fun so far because we have been out for about two hours so far, just eaten and haven't been bothered by people too much.

There has been the odd fans but not as many as normal.

As we walk past a shop with magazines in a picture on the front page catches my eye so I call everyone over to see it.
