Chapter 62

Cheryl's POV

They don't know I'm here, I can see Kimba and Claire talking in Claire's office but I stayed outside the door just peeking in.

Katie's at college, I was supposed to be in an X factor meeting only to find it was cancelled so I decided to go and see Claire to give her a piece of my mind and Kim was supposed to be meeting her manager.

That's what I thought anyway.

The secretary wasn't at her desk when I got here and there was nobody else around so I was going to go straight up but I noticed the door was open slightly.

As I peeked my head in I saw Kimberley in there and was about to join her but something just didn't seem right, so I stuck to watching them through the crack in the door.

Kimberley was stood by the desk and Claire was way too close to her for my liking and the worse part was that Kimberley wasn't pushing her away.

"I just want to know who is going to be the new head."

"You know I can't tell you that."

"Ok, well what's gonna be sorted out about Katie and the girls?"

"I don't know." Claire moves closer to Kim and once again Kim does nothing, she doesn't seem to notice or be bothered about how close she is stood.

"You don't know anything do you?"

"We don't need to talk about that now."

"Then I'll go, what was the point in calling me here?" Kimberley didn't tell me that, I wonder why she kept it from me.

"I wanted to see you."

"I've seen you enough, I bet you've probably seen me more than any other parent at this school."

"But I've wanted to see you properly before I went."

"Why?"

"I like you." I was trying so hard not to flip out right now.

"Claire we've been through this, I love Cheryl."

"She doesn't have to know."

"Claire..."

"No, I know what your going to say, you love her but she doesn't have to know, I'm never gonna see her again."

I was trying so hard to control my emotions, I wasn't sure what was going on at the moment but what bugged me the most is that Kim still hadn't pushed Claire away, she was practically pressed up against her at this point.

I saw Kim open her mouth to say something but didn't get to say anything because Claire leaned forward.

That b*tch, she kissed her.

She pushed her body closer to Kim's, if that was even possible, and wrapped her arms around her neck.

She's about the same height as Kim, I think usually Kim would be taller but she's wearing flats while Claire's wearing heals so reaches the same height.

I can't believe she did that, she's already tried to kiss Kim and that didn't end well, did she not learn from that experience.

Wait..why hasn't Kim pulled away yet?

I'm about to push open the door and confront them to find out what the hell is going on but there's a part of me nagging me in the back of my mind telling me not to.
