Chapter 3 ~ the bonfire ~

"well I don't know what to say ..." the older alpha began

"I want to get to know him better but his friend Jensen said he wouldn't allow it" Raz said watching their reactions.

"the thing is Raz, is it ok to call you Raz?"

"of course" Raz replied.

"Pon is ... he has issues ..."

"yes, I know but they aren't exactly a deal breaker for me, I have faith in the goddess" Raz replied.

"that's good to know young man but maybe Pon isn't cut out for romance, he's a very simple person not to mention the obvious, that he is a human" Narong's dad said.

"does he know about us?" Raz asked and again they all looked at each other but said nothing.

"why do I feel as if you guys know something but aren't letting on?" Raz exclaimed.

"things are complicated Raz" the older alpha said.

"how so? look I know about his medical problems, Jensen told me but I still want to get to know him, what's complicated about that?" Raz said.

"there is a reason why I allow him to live on our land, it's rather complicated" the other alpha repeated himself.

"but as his mate I have every right to know ... don't I?" Raz said.

"can you give us a few day's to get our heads around all this" Narong's dad said.

"a few days?" Raz said, he was fast becoming annoyed.

"yes, how about this ... we're having a bonfire at the weekend, why don't you bring your people so we can all get acquainted and we can discuss this further then"

"will Pon be there?" Raz asked.

"I would imagine so, everyone loves him and he loves playing with the kids" Narong's dad said.

"it sounds like he will make a wonderful luna" Raz replied.

"as I say, let's take a few days and don't do anything impulsively hmm" the two moons alpha said.

"ok, I agree, just a few days until the weekend and then with all due respect sir, I want some answers" Raz replied.

Raz and Oon said their goodbyes and left while everyone else stared at each other,

"what are we going to tell him dad?" Narong said.

"the truth I guess" his dad replied.

"but why would the goddess mate them both ... Pon is a human" Narong's mother said.

"but you guys thought I was a human in the beginning as well" Nakhun said.

"yeah, that's not really the issue though, the problem is do we tell him about what happened?" Narong said.

"or we could just allow them to date and see what happens?" Narong's dad added.

"has your wolf said anything about it babe?" Narong asked Nakhun.

"nope but I'll let you know if he does"

"what about Tulsi? do you think you could manifest him again?" Narong's mother asked her son in law.

"I guess I could try but it's been over eighteen months" Nakhun said.

"you said you'd tell him the truth dad but I'm not sure he would believe us?" Narong said

"I don't see what else we can do son and why did Jensen tell him he couldn't date Pon?"

"you know how protective he is over him" Narong replied.
