Chapter 11 ~ sacrifices ~

Everyone gathered in the lounge that night in the two moons pack house and wondered what Nakhun had to show them. He had been very vague when he had asked everyone to be present and they looked at one another as he turned on the tv and set up his laptop to cast something onto the large screen.

"what's all this about son?" the alpha asked.

"it's regarding Pon father, I'm sorry Jensen for rehashing this but I think you will be able to find some level of comfort from what I am about to show you" Nakhun said before continuing,

"I went to the golden sunset territory this morning to offer my assistance, I didn't include the pack because it was a personal decision"

"baby, how could you go there without telling me?" Narong said.

"maybe I should have but it I didn't see it as an issue sweetie, I didn't exactly plan it. I was passing their land and it was just a gesture on my part, I wanted to ... want to help in any way I can" Nakhun said.

"ok son, so what do you want to share with us?" the luna said.

"well as I said, I went to see alpha Raz to offer my assistance and I informed him that all together, there were eight of us who had witnessed Tulsi's manifestation, that includes the two guards that day father, the ones who were guarding Narong when he was in the cellar"

"yes, I remember, so what did he say?" the alpha said.

"he said his next plan was to read Pon's note's then I took my leave and went off to work until a few hours later I received a call from alpha Raz, he asked me when I could visit his home again because he had something to show me"

"what happened then?" Narong said feeling a little jealous.

"I rushed over there ... I was curious to know what he had found?" Nakhun replied.

"so? what did he show you?" the alpha asked him.

"It seems he has hired a private investigator, he is so proficient guys, I don't know why we didn't think of doing all this?" Nakhun said making Narong grind his teeth.

"when you've finished gushing over the guy you might like to tell us what were all doing here" Narong snapped.

"so jealous!" Nakhun muttered.

"I heard that!" Narong growled.

"guy's please" Duane interjected.

"yes, sorry guy's ... anyway the private investigator got this footage for alpha Raz and he wanted me to see it and I asked for a copy to show you guys too" Nakhun said then started the cctv footage.

The room was silent as they all watched the footage, their mouths gaping open in shock and recognition. Jensen sat with tears rolling down his face and Duane wrapped his arms around his mate to comfort him.

"I knew it was him" Jensen said.

"you did baby, I'm so sorry that we ever doubted you" Duane said.

"I want to see him" Jensen added.

"there's no point Jensen, he doesn't remember, he doesn't know" Narong said.

"this is all so ... I just can't get my head around it" the luna said.

"did you notice how when he became aware that he was being recorded, he caused the camera to glitch, that guy is unreal ..." Narong said.

"unfortunately he is very real, don't forget that Pon died because of him" Jensen said.

"but Pon also came back because of him too cousin, you have to give the guy his due's, he promised you he would find a way and he did!" Narong said.

"so we have to be thankful for small mercy's, let's get it right, Pon was executed before he committed any crime, where is the justice in that and now he's trapped inside a biological prison, he works, eats and sleeps and forgets everything after a few hours, what kind of existence is that?" Jensen said.
