CHAPTER 11

DAISY BLACKWOOD

It was already late at night as me and Luca entered my house. We were at the hospital with Aaron.

Today was an overwhelming day as well. Meeting Rose and then finding out about yesterday from Rory, it was all too much.

Damon and I already filed a complaint against them even though we knew it's not going to work. They are rich. Like hella rich. Money will save them from anything but we couldn't just sit around and do nothing.

Damon was mad at Rory for stealing his car and taking Aaron there but eventually he forgave her because she was also tense from last night as well. And if it was not for her probably Aaron...

I closed my eyes shut, not wanting to think about it.

Aaron asked if he could meet his girlfriend, Lana. but I refused. I wanted him to get better first and then we could discuss his love life.

A slight hint of guilt pricked my skin as I thought of Rose. Did I do good by not sharing it with Aaron? He has a right to know. But she is also the reason why he is there.

She is not the sister Aaron needs.

At least not now.

"Found them in the fridge." Luca came with two small ice cream cups. He handed me the pistachio one and smiled. That is my favourite flavour.

He sat close to me, surrounding me with his earthy cologne and I loved it.

"Thinking about your twin?" I nodded. "Are you regretting your decision?" "I am not regretting but Aaron has a right to know."

"That he does. But he doesn't have to know someone that would put him in danger, which she did."

He literally said what I was thinking.

"But if you want you can meet your father." I shook my head. "Why not?" "If Rose is like this and he is the one to raise her then I am not sure if I want to meet him either."

Luca just nodded but didn't say anything. Suddenly his phone rang and he picked up.

"Yea, I did." I don't know who is on the other side of the phone. I was eating my ice cream as he continued talking.

"Correct. I'll take the day off tomorrow as well....Personal issues....Okay, perfect...Good night."

Two days in a row. He took two days off for me. Something warm filled my heart.

He turned to me after hanging up. "I will stay here tonight if you don't mind." Is he crazy? Of course I don't mind. I am actually glad that he is here.

I grabbed him by face and connected his lips to mine, not caring about the ice cream anymore.

His hands wrapped around my waist as he pulled me onto his lap. He picked me up and I wrapped my legs around him.

This is not the first time we have done it but it feels new every time. I am glad that he was my first.

Soon our bodies moved together in a slow, sensual rhythm, exploring each other with a gentle caress and tender kisses.

As the night wore on, my body melted into his. In that moment, everything else faded away, And as we lay together, our bodies pressed close and our hearts beating as one.

ROSE BLACKWOOD

"Hey, can I know in which room Aaron Blackwood is?" I asked the receptionist. "Yes and you are?" "His sister."

"Okay. Wait a minute please." she said as she started searching for something on the computer.

I may or may not stalk Daisy the past couple of days to know where Aaron is admitted.
