CHAPTER 21

Hanggang sa byahe ay hindi ito umimik kaya nanibago ako. Ngumuso ako at sinindot sya. He flinched and glared at me.

"Maylsh, I'm driving." Diin nyang sabi.

"Are you mad at me?" I asked softly.

"No. I could never."

"But you look like your mad."

"I'm not."

"Really? Then smile at me." Utos ko. He immediately smiled forcely showing me his perfect white teeth. I chuckled and nodded. Napailing nalang sya at may maliit na ngiti sa labi. Bipolar talaga ang isang 'to.

Nakarating kami isang restaurant at sya na ang order dahil hindi ko naman alam ang ibang pagkain na nakasulat. Nasa tabi ko syang dahil ayaw nyang malayo raw ako sa kanya.

"You said you're ballerina, right? Why did stop?"

I shrugged. "I joined cheer dance, and I was busy with my work."

"I wanna see you wear your ballerina clothes and do your final bow." He said and kissed my temple.

"I did my final bow already. And I don't think my old ballerina dress will fit me."

"Why not?" He frowned.

"You're sexy." He added lovingly.

"I was highschool the last time I wore them." Giit ko. He tsked and kiss my cheek deeply. I giggled and smacked his arm gently.

"I'll buy you a new one." He whispered. Tumawa ako at umiling.

Hindi nagtagal ay dumating ang order nya. I don't know what he oder but it look tasty. Habang kumain ay kung ano-anu nalang ang sinasabi nya sakin. He will fix my hair or wipe my lips.

"I'm a hockey team captain before."

My jaw dropped in shocked. A team captain? Woah!

"Totoo? Where did you study college?"

"MIT." He replied nonchalantly.

"For real?! Massachusetts Institute of Technology? In US?" I gasped. He laughed shortly and nodded.

"Yes, maylsh. For real."

That was so cool. I also forget he's also an Engineer. This man is freaking genius. I smirked and shook my head in disbelief. He is so out of league.

"What else?" Tanong ko at uminom ng tubig bago humarap sa kanya.

"After I graduated summa cum laude, I topped the board exam. My Mom's a Filipino. I like begie and you." Hirit nya sa panghuli. I laughed blushing a little. He laughed warmly and kissed my cheek.

"What?" He asked innocently. I rolled my eyes and pushed him gently.

"You–"

"Cassius!"

Napatigil kaming dalawa at tumingin sa tumawag sa kanya. Its a woman. Wearing corporate attire with a brief case. She's pretty, with latina make up, clean ponytail hair, tan skin. She smiled at Gauis and held his hand that's on the table. The man immediately took his hand. Tumingin sya sakin at nilagay ang isang kamay sa hita ko.

The woman cleared her throat.

"So your back? I didn't know. You didn't call me." She smiled with her fake smile.

"Yeah, and I no reason to call you." Gauis replied coldly.

"Oh you do, my handsome prince." She said seductively and put her hand on the table and lean a little. Her cleavage are showing. My teeth gritten. Hinawakan ko ang kamay ni Gauis na nasa hita ko at diniin ito. He gripped my thigh and squeezed it repeatedly.
