Capital 112 rules

Today was another day when the ministry came and checked me.
Unfortunately we also have to prepare for our exams today.
Mattheo, Theodor and Draco were ready.
I was ready straight away too.
“ Y/n are you finally ready now?” Draco asked
“You can go ahead”  I said
I was just in the bathroom when suddenly the door closed.
In the last few weeks the rules have gotten worse and worse.
The Weasleys started selling things to get kids out of class.
Umbridge's lessons got worse and worse, half the school now has injuries on their hands because they have to write with their blood.
I came out of the bathroom and ran down the stairs to the comment room.
The boys were already on their way to Defense Against the Dark Arts.
I walked down the hallway alone.
It was quiet.
Girls walked with girls and boys walked with boys.
Suddenly Hermione came to me.
"Hey" she said
"Hey, are you allowed to just walk around alone?"
"Yes, we've been caught as three of us too many times, but what kind of rules are they? How are you?"
“Pretty okay, I would say”
"Fred and George asked me. I think they want to see you again"
"But it's not good for them when I'm with them"
"What was Umbridge trying to find out three weeks ago?"
" not that important"
"It went on all night so I think it was important"
"Only for the people from the Ministry so not important for you, Harry or other Gryffindors" I said
Hermione looked at me.
"But it's definitely not healthy for you either. I heard, well the whole school heard the guard say we'll just torture you then until we'll get what we want and you responded to that, but I can take torture very well"
"The whole school has to forget about it, it's nobody's business"
"Y/n. The thing with the blood, the panic attacks, everything is not healthy"
" That happens frequently"
"Do you know how Snape was watching you in between and how he looked at Umbridge when they got the Veritaserum. He was afraid for you. You don't live a healthy life"
"Do you think I don't know what kind of life I live and did I choose it? No, that's just how life is sometimes you would just throw yourself off the Astronomy Tower and end everything"
Hermione looked at me.
"How often do you think about death?" She asked
"Too many times every time I think to myself why didn't I die there because it's getting worse and worse but my future wants me to survive all this shit. You'll notice soon enough that you shouldn't interfere in my life"
Hermione looked at me sadly.
"I want to help you, tell me everything and I promise to help you"
"You can't help me anymore, I've been in this shit since I was six years old and it's getting worse and worse. You could help me at some point if you became minister of the Minisetrium or are responsible for criminal matters then.
Now you can't help me, not here.
I have to go through it myself"
We arrived in front of defense and we went in.
I sat down next to Hermione.
Ron sat next to Mattheo and Harry next to Draco. Theodor sat next to Neville.
Hermione unpacked her things.
The lessons took an extremely long time.
Umbridge came to me in the middle of class.
"Y/n my office after this class".
I just looked at her and said nothing.
"Have you done any magic lately? I never see you taking part in class?"
Hermione was talking to me again.
" No "
"When Umbridge calls you into her office you always look like you're about to die, what's happening in there?"
"Nothing you need to know. Hermione, you have to understand I want to protect you from this world. This world is cruel and they see everything in black and white. In aksaban there were innocent people sitting downstairs who had discovered the Ministry's secrets just like me. Where will I end up if I don't die before?"
"Y/n stop thinking like that"
"And what's the point? I pretend to be happy in front of everyone. The only people who have understood me since childhood have died because of me. They're gone and I'm here alone."
I looked over at Mattheo, Draco and Theodor.
"except the three. I think they're the reason why I haven't left yet"
They smiled at me.
The break rang.
I immediately got up and went to Mattheo, Draco and Theodor.
I hugged Mattheo. Draco immediately hugged me.
Theodore stood next to us.
Draco pulled him into a hug too.
"Hey babe everything will be fine" said Mattheo.
"Nana, no boys and girls mixed."
I immediately took a step back and walked out of the classroom.
"Riddle my office I said earlier" she screamed
I took a deep breath and walked to her office.
Umbridge was immediately behind me again.
"You have to listen to me otherwise it won't work"
Her voice made the blood boil in my veins.
I went to her office.
The two guards from the Ministry were back.
They were cruel.
"I have to go back to class. You can handle her, right?"
"Yes" said one guard.
They were both thugs.
One of them let his hand float in the air and I put my wand in it.
He looked at him.
"What did we say?"
"Don't do magic but what should I do if the teachers ask me to do magic?"
" do not speak"
I felt a hand coming towards me.
To be precise, a fist.
The guard who tested me three weeks ago hit me in the face again.
It hit my head and my head swung to the left.
I had an extreme headache again.
He put my wand back in my hand.
"Don't use magic understand?"
I didn't answer him and looked at him.
I immediately received another fist in the face.
I grabbed a cat plate and hit the cat plate on one guard's head.
The plate broke.
Immediately I had a magic wand in my throat.
The guard punched me in the stomach.
He had so much power.
"Hand over!"
I put my hand in the air. He laid his wand on my head.
" Nothing new"
"Okay you can go see us again in a week"
I disappeared from the office.
I immediately went to the nearest girls' toilet.
It was Mirte's toilet.
I spit blood into the sink.
I looked at it.
My head hurts so much and my stomach was turned around.
Slytherin's Chamber of Secrets.
Should I go down?
"I wouldn't go down there now"
It was Mirte.
"hey Mirte"
"How are you? Did they hit you again?" She asked
"Yes, but they will get it back at some point sometime"
" Y/n don't you think if you forgive them everything will be better?"
"Maybe but what's the point then they keep hitting me"
"Your next class with Professor Snape begins"
"Thanks, but I don't think I'll go"
"but you have exams soon"
"And what's the point? I won't get a real job afterwards anyway. Nobody would even come close to taking me on.
I am Voldemord's daughter. The whole world knows me and hopes I'll go behind bars, so what's the point to try and get a job?"
" Just try it "
"Yes, I'll do my best but I'm not going to class now. I think I'll go to the Astronomy Tower"
"I hope you meet Peeves, he's been wanting to see you all along"
"Oh really if you see him tell him I'm at the Astronomy Tower"
"I'll do it and Y/n take care of yourself"
I walked down the hallway. My head still hurt from the beating.
I went up to the Astronomy Tower and sat on the edge.
"Hey Y/n"
"hey peeves no pranks today?"
"No, not on you, you have enough problems"
He sat down next to me.
"Did you see the Bloody Baron?" Peeves asked
" no"
"Earlier I played a prank on a few third graders and then I got shot again by Filch."
"At least then I'm not the only one who gets in trouble"
Peeves looked at me.
"I keep getting in trouble from the Bloody Baron or others. It's normal"
I started to smile.
"have you seen all the rules"
"Yeah, I was thinking about playing a prank on Umbridge."
"Yes, it would be cool, you could do it during our exams"
"No, the twin brothers are planning something. By the way, they've been looking for you for days. They keep asking me if I know where you are."
I smiled.
"Which rule do you think is the stupidest?" Peeves asked.
"The thing about boys and girls being separated, I mean, who cares?"
"You don't have any girl friends and that's why you're alone rigth?"
"Yes, I had a fight with Pansy a year ago because we thought she was a traitor and now she has new friends and I'm just alone."
"But you sleep with them too, so why is being together at school wrong?"
" Peeves how do you know that?" I asked
"I know everything" he smiled
"Because relationships are forbidden and one like this could arise"
"Are you still with Mattheo?"
"Yes and I hope next year Umbridge will be gone"
"Yeah, let's just hope"
"Luckily ghosts don't have rules" said Peeves
"If she could punish you, you would definitely have rules too, but what's the point"
"Hello Peeves, Hello Y/n"
We turned around.
It was the Bloody Baron.
"Hey" I said
"Peeves, I heard from Filch that you pranked the third grader again"
" Yes "
"Just stop it today"
"Okay, sorry"
The Bloody Baron sat down with us.
"Well, Y/n, were the ones from the ministry back today?"
" Yes, unfortunately"
" how often?"
" 3 times "
"They should be put behind bars just for beating a child. How old are you again?"
"15"
"Yes, just a child"
"You've already had a terrible life" said the Bloody Baron
"Thank you, I know"
"We are always here for you if you need help" said the Bloody Baron. "I'll talk to Dumbeldor when he gets back about everything and see what he can do."
" Thanks "
I smiled at them.
"Peeves I'm going back, don't do any more shit" said the bloody Baron
" I'll do it"
The Bloody Baron disappeared.
"Why is he so boring?"
Peeves turned and hung down the tower. He held on with his feet.
"Maybe because he wants the best for you"
"But the best thing for me is the fun of pranking other people"
"Yes, maybe he sees it differently"
Peeves smiled at me.
"You're so friendly, why do so many people see you as a monster?"
"For the same reason why they're afraid of you but you're actually the nicest ghost"
"Hey" Peeves said, definitely offended.
I started laughing.
"before impressions of stories or of others' actions or even your own in the past"
"You're such a deep talker between now and then"
I started laughing.
" what am I?"
"A deep talker, you speak a lot from your heart, a lot of personal things the world could learn from, you're so smart but I don't understand why you don't go to class?"
"Because I don't like the way everyone looks at me. A mix between fear, curiosity and pity. I don't need pity from anyone."
"Oh that's exactly why I like you, you're a deep talker, you don't need pity for your life, you don't like a lot of people and you don't say anything when I do pranks"
"You probably wouldn't listen to me if I told you not to."
"Oh yes I would. You and the Bloody Baron are the only ones I would listen to."
I smiled.
"Peeves I don't know if I'll come back after this year"
"What you have to go back"
"My father wants me to go on a mission and if things go wrong we will be seen by the ministry and if they come looking for me I won't come back"
" Y/n you can't leave me alone. I finally found someone I can talk to who understands me and now she should go"
"Probably the people who are in as much shit as you were understand you"
"I won't let you go. I'll talk to Dumbeldor and do everything I can to get you back."
"Thanks Peeves"
He smiled.
"When is the mission?"
"sometime after the exams if I can still get to Hogwarts after that I have the exams"
"Can't you just stay here. I can lock you up"
"I think I'll just get in trouble from my father for not being there. Do you know where Dumbledore is?"
"No, unfortunately not, he ran away. Would you be in his situation in Azkaban?"
"No, I don't think so"
"Then why were you?"
"Because then it would be gone and I would always come out if they had voted for life"
"That's crazy, you're the only one I know who can lead dementors."
"At some point my father will order me to get the dementors on our side and then they will obey, I don't know if that's a good thing or not"
"You will make the right decisions and I will stick with you" Peeves said
" Thanks"
The sun was already high in the sky.
"It's about lunchtime, should we go out for something to eat?"
" Yes we can"
We walked together to the Great Hall and the hall was actually filled with students.
Peeves and I walked in side by side.
Mattheo, Draco and Theodor weren't there.
Peeves sat down next to me.
"I was hoping the three of them were there" Said peeves
"I'm not allowed to talk to them anyway"
I saw Peeves eyes go over the rows.
"I understand what you mean about looks"
I looked at peeves.
"You're really being stared at with all three things"
Suddenly the Bloody Baron stood in front of me.
"Y/n draco, Mattheo and Theodor are looking for you"
"Okay, where was the last time you saw them?"
"In the comment room but I think they wanted to go to the lake and look for you there. I told them that you were at the Astronomy Tower last but they wanted to go to the lake first."
I got up.
Peeves and the Bloody Baron immediately followed me.
I walked the path to the lake.
The Bloody Baron and Peeves flew next to me.
Mattheo, Draco and Theodor were actually standing at the lake.
"Let's go" said Peeves
"Okay see you later?"
"Yeah, have fun before the pink frog gets you"
The two flew away.
I ran all the way down the path to the lake.
"Hey there you are, we've been looking for you" Draco said
I pulled him into a hug.
"Hey, what did they do again?"
"It was okay this time"
" sure?"
"Did they threaten again?"
"Yes, as always, but everything is okay"
I smiled.
Theodore looked at me.
They all knew I was lying.
We sat down.
I leaned my head against Mattheo's chest.
Mattheo's hand stroked my arm.
Draco ran his fingers down my leg.
Theodor sat in front of us.
We sat like that in a circle.
I closed my eyes and just leaned against Mattheo's chest.
I noticed the concerned exchange of glances between Mattheo, Theodor and Draco.
"It's really okay" I said
"How many times have they hit you now?" Draco asked
"Just three times" I whispered.
" Where?" It was Mattheo
"On the forehead and in the stomach but not that bad"
Mattheo's hand pushed my hair out of my face.
All three sucked in their breath.
"They'll get revenge for thos"
Draco's fingers traced the spot on my face.
A pain went through my body.
I winced.
I heard footsteps coming down the mountain.
I kept my eyes closed, I didn't care.
"What about her?" It was George
I opened my eyes a little.
Fred, George, Lee, Ron, Harry, Hermione and Ginny were there.
"Nothing that concerns you" said Theodor.
I closed my eyes again.
"You should take her to the hospital wing" Hermione said.
"No" I whispered
Mattheo's hand stroked my back.
"hey we'll take care of them as promised. There are only 9 weeks left. They won't hurt you anymore"
"You can't promise that" I said
"What did they threaten you with?" Draco asked
"That magic thing again?" Theodore asked “Did they hit you because of that?”
I just nodded.
"hey then give me your magic wand then they can't hit you anymore"
"But if you don't have anything, just make up reasons"
I didn't care who was listening now.
"That fucking bitch. She knew exactly that the two were thugs and sent them anyway" said Draco. I felt his cold rings on my leg.
"Were they the ones who threatened you with torture again?" Mattheo asked
I just nodded.
I could feel that Mattheo's blood was boiling right now.
Mattheo whispered in my ear.
"No one hurts my girl without getting away with impunity"
"But at the moment"
"Where were you before?" Theodore asked
"Astronomy Tower"
"You haven't thought about it again, have you?" Draco asked.
"No Peeves and the Bloody Baron were with me"
"Peeves, as much as I hate him, I love him for that" said Mattheo.
"Don't let him hear that or he'll play more tricks on you"
"I don't care as long as he takes care of you it's okay"
"He's planning something for the final exams with Fred and George"
I opened my eyes a little.
"All eyes were now on Fred and George" 
I closed my eyes again.
"Did they check Snape today too?"  I asked
"No, they stopped checking on him, he is a professor after all and Umbridge couldn't decide anything about him." Theodor said
"Great then it's just me again. Why always me?"
"Because you" Draco stopped his sentence and became quiet.
His hand was still on my leg.
Mattheo stroked my face and again my wound.
I twitched slightly as he passed over it.
"sorry"
Suddenly I heard someone behind us clear their throat.
"I guess you all know the rules right?" It was Umbridge.
I opened my eyes.
"Professor, we are in two groups."
"And what about the three girls, no girls and boys mixed. You guys are okay, only the girls have to go"
She looked me in the eyes.
I got up and walked up the mountain without looking back.
"Miss Riddle wait"
I turned around.
Umbridge was right behind me.
She smiled her frog smile.
" Can I see?"
" no"
"They've already done a good job"
"What do you get out of it? Do you have fun watching older men hit girls?" I asked
"I would say no to many people but with you it's just yes. I can't stand you and everything you get makes me happy"
" Shut the fuck up"
She punched me in the face.
" don't talk to me like that"
I took my fist and punched her in the face.
She came back up and hit me right back.
I was able to block her blow.
"I'll call the guards here again right away. Don't you think you can get away with it"
"Go ahead, I don't care" I said with a so careless voice
The whole thing was watched from below.
Hermione and Ginny stood closer to me and Umbridge than the boys.
Umbridge took my arm and pulled me up the mountain.
"Take your dirty hands off me"
Immediately I got another one, this time a slap.
I hit her back.
"Stop hitting me" I said so loud.
"that has consequences"
She pulled me into her office.
The guards weren't there yet.
"You destroyed my cat plate."
I looked at the clock and class was about to start.
Suddenly the guards were behind me.
They smiled at me.
"Who caused trouble again? Magic wand"
"I don't have it"
The guards looked at me.
Umbridge raised her eyebrows
"Who has it then"
"Why should I tell you that?"
"One of your boys right?"
"Just ask them yourself"
"Oh I will now too"
She walked out of the office.
"Ready for your punishment. Umbridge has already told us everything, so that's a little more for you today. Get up."
I got up.
Immediately a hand was around my throat and started choking me.
One guard hit me in the face with his fist. Over and over again.
I think even nine times.
My vision blurred from the retching.
When the man released my neck, I fell to the ground.
I immediately had a foot in my stomach.
I didn't even scream.
The one guard picked me up from the ground and slammed my head against the wall.
Then he pulled out a lighter.
"No fire, no fire." I said
Both men held my arms up.
They started holding the fire under my arm.
A pain shot through my body.
I started screaming.
They began to laugh.
They ran it all over my forearms.
I didn't even hear my screams.
The one man held my left forearm over the flame where my Dark Mark was.
The pain was a sharp pain.
I screamed so loudly everyone outside in the hallways must have heard it.
Then they dropped the lighter.
I immediately got a fist in the face again.
My nose was bleeding.
Then both men apparated again.
I fell to the ground and tears began to roll over my checks.
Suddenly 5 ghosts came in.
Peeves, the Bloody Baron, Headless Nick, the Fat Monk and the Gray Lady. All the house spirits were there.
Peeve saw me immediately and came straight away.
"Y/n"
The Bloody Baron and Peeves knelt next to me.
The Headless Nick, The Fat Monk and the Gray Lady looked at me in shock.
"Who was that? Were they the thugs again?" Peeves said.
I didn't answer.
" Y/n " said the Bloody Baron.
I nodded.
"Why did you scream like that?" Headless Nick asked.
I raised my arms up.
All the ghosts opened their mouths in shock.
"They burned all my skin. I don't want any more"
My forearms were burned on the bottom and it went up into a line on both sides.
"Y/n you need to go to the hospital wing"
"We have to tell Dumbeldor" said Headless Nick.
"We can't get out of here and dumbeldor is I don't know where," said the gray lady.
"Darling can you go to the hospital wing"  she asked
My nose was still bleeding.
My whole head was spinning.
"I think they locked the door"
The ghosts looked even more shocked.
Headless Nick walked next to the bloody Baron and Peeves.
"How many times have they hit you?"
"around 10 times before, 3 times so a total of 13 times today and a few kicks, I think"
"Why were you here again?"
"I was with the boys and then she hit me and I hit her back, at least I think I don't remember exactly."
I got up and got to the door.
My head spinned and I half fell on the ground again.
I turned the handle and realized that  i was actually locked in.
I slid back down the wall.
Peeves whispered to the other ghosts.
"She has something similar with depression and thinks about death too often. Most of the time she sits on the edge of the Astronomy Tower and I keep thinking she's going to throw herself down there."
"Isn't she Y/n riddle" asked the headless Nick.
"That's exactly what she is" said the Bloody Baron
"I didn't think she was that bad" said Nick
"Y'all I can hear you"
The Gray Lady came to me.
"Oh darling, what are they doing to you?"
" much"
"Should we go find a professor?"  Nearly Headless Nick asked.
"Yes, you best go find someone to get her out of here, I and Peeves will stay here" said the Bloody Baron
The Gray Lady, the Fat Monk and the almost headless Nick disappeared through the door.
The Bloody Baron and Peeves sat down next to me.
The door opened after 5 minutes and Professor Mcgonagell stood in front of it with the house ghosts.
" Y/n what happened?" Mcgonagall asked.
The ghosts quickly told her what they had heard.
"Thank you and I thought it wasn't an emergency because I was in class. Y/n let's go to the hospital wing"
Professor Mcgonagall helped me up, looking at my arms in shock.
"This woman will hear something from me"
Professor Mcgonagall took me to the hospital wing.
Madam Pomfrey came immediately.
"Oh my goodness, what happened?"
"Umbrigde has happened. Y/n I have to go back to class Madam Pomfrey will take care of you now"
I sat down on a bed.
Peeves and the Bloody Baron were next to me.
The remaining ghosts made their rounds through the school again.
Madam Pomfrey treated the burns.
"Now it's best to go to your room and get some rest"
My eyes were still swollen red from crying.
"Thank you Madam Pomfrey"
"always"
I went to the Slytherin comment room followed by Peeves and the bloody baron.
I went into Mattheo, Draco and Theodor's room.
I laid down on Mattheo's bed and fell asleep immediately.

After about 3 hours I woke up. Peeves and the Bloody Baron were gone, next to me sat Mattheo, Draco, Theodor, Pansy and Blaise.
"So Y/n was the emergency why Professor McGonagall was taken out of class by the house ghosts" Theodor said
"Have you seen her arms, they look like they're fucking burned over her full forarms" Pansy said.
"What did they do to her or why was she even taken to the office?" Blaise asked
"Umbridge said something that upset Y/n and then it probably got worse." Mattheo said.
"Did you see Mcgonagall come into the room she had tears in her eyes"
"Whatever happened in there Y/n was definitely crying too, did you see her eyes so swollen and red"
"I think it hurts when you get burned too" Draco said
I closed my eyes.
I just didn't feel like talking yet.
"What did Peeves mumble on the way out?"
"Something about revenge" said Theodor.
"Okay guys, let's go to our rooms, it's already late" said Pansy.
Blaise and Pansy walked out of the room.
I opened my eyes again and sat up straighter.
"Hey, what happened?"
"She called the guards again and you can guess the rest"
"as if they really burned you"
"They liked burning me. They laughed"
I couldn't get the laughter out of my head while I was screaming.
Mattheo's arms wrap around my body.
"How can people be so heartless?" Theodore asked.
"How did the ghosts find you?"
"I screamed. The fire. It hurt more than usual. The hits didn't hurt me, but the fire did.
I screamed and they must have heard it, if not I have no idea how they heard it."
"Then they got Mcgonagall and she took you to the hospital wing" 
I nodded.
"Mattheo, do you still have my wand?"
" Yes why?"
"Umbridge wanted to go look for after I couldn't give my wand to the Guardian she said she would go look for it."
"Yes, she didn't do that"
"Then did she just lock me up and left?"
We went to sleep and I actually fell asleep on Mattheos Chest.
His hand on my back and we slept.
The laughs were in my head on reply.
Mattheo held me so tigth.
