The words coming from the nurse immediately made all three of Joong, Pond and Phuwin suddenly look at her. Seeing the urgent expression on the nurse's face, Joong jumped up and ran away immediately.

"Where is the patient being treated?"

Joong said as he walked, he started running quickly following the nurse's instructions, reached the emergency room and rushed straight inside. Phuwin and Pond ran after, they were stopped right in front of the room door. Pond was standing looking at the brightly lit room door. He heard right, it was Dunk, his friend, the person he grew up with since childhood. No matter how much they quarreled every day, everyone knew this strong friendship since childhood. Hearing about him taking medicine to commit suicide made him startled and panicked, what made him like that, when Dunk met him he was always smiling, a person who was always happy like him, yet he committed suicide.

Phuwin had been sitting on a row of chairs in front of the hallway, noticing him standing still in front of him, making him a little nervous. Dunk is also a friend
that Phuwin loves. He knows that Dunk has been depressed recently, but hasn't he already quit smoking, why is it like this now?

Joong walked into the emergency room, immediately put on his protective suit, saw a few doctors giving him an electrocardiogram, and ran over to help. Now he took his turn leading this emergency. When I heard that he had drug overdose, I panicked. I don't understand why he's afraid that if dunk were no longer in this world, maybe...what would he do? He considered him a patient and saving people was natural, but why was he so scared in his heart? The voices of the surrounding doctors focusing on resuscitation made him extremely nervous. His heart rate was weakening and he had to try an electrocardiogram several times.

"Dunk! If you die, I won't even look at your face"

Through the protective mask covering his face, Joong shouted, shouting and doing the first aid faster. Looking at the heart rate monitor, all the doctors breathed a sigh of relief. Finally, his heart rate was stable.

"Doctor Joong, urgently need to irrigate the patient's intestines"

A doctor spoke up, then everyone started washing his intestines. Dunk's stomach was already weak, this time he took so much medicine that it caused this drug shock. If his family hadn't discovered it in time, perhaps Dunk would have really encountered bad luck. After more than an hour in the hospital room, Dunk was finally safe and kept his life.

--------------------------------------

Dunk was pushed back to the recovery room. Pond put aside the matter of going to the main house and stayed with him, probably coming over later in the evening. Looking at Dunk with a bunch of wires stuck into his body, Pond felt sorry for that little body. He stood next to the bed and sighed. Phuwin also limped after Dunk from the emergency room, a room of three people staring at the comatose Dunk in front of them.

"Phuwin, sit down on the chair, your injured leg is still injured."

Joong turned to see Phuwin lifting one leg, placing his hand on the bed for support. Phuwin pulled the chair closer to the bed and said.

"Joong, Dunk when will he wake up"

"He was shocked by a lot of drugs, he probably won't wake up until tonight."

Phuwin nodded slightly, just as Fourth called him, he didn't come home yesterday so he had to go home now.

" Um...Fourth called, I'll go home first, Joong, take care of Dunk."

"No need, let me watch Dunk."

Before Pond could let Joong speak, Pond must have interrupted. Dunk is definitely a friend, there's no need to hand Dunk over to the doctor in front of him, even though he must have heard from the nurse earlier that Joong was Dunk's personal doctor. But the doctor only needs to examine the patient, as for this monitoring, he can do it. Joong saw Pond come to the bedside, reached out to hold Dunk's hand and placed it neatly. Pond's gentle and considerate gesture made Joong feel a bit uncomfortable... he didn't like Pond doing that in front of him, he didn't like it to see this scene. As for Phuwin's feelings, he felt that he must be so kind to the person in front of him, and felt a bit disappointed. He only treated me with coercion and torture, the number of times he was kind to me could only be counted on the fingers of one hand, but it was enough for Phhwin to remember them clearly, because those were the rare times Pond was kind to him in life. Thousands of times he hurt him. Phuwin thought about this, didn't say anything, just stood up with no expression on his mood and face and tried to walk home.

"Phuwin, let me take you home"

Joong ran back to help Phuwin

"But what if Dunk wakes up?"

"I'm not the only doctor at the hospital. If there's an evening shift, I'll come see his condition."

Joong said, then helped Phuwin. Phuwin also nodded. Even though he followed Joong, he still tried to look back at Pond. He didn't pay attention to him but focused on Dunk. Phuwin walked away, actually deep down in his heart, he wanted Pond to take him home, but who knows, now he has someone who cares more, he helped him get to the hospital probably just out of compassion.

Waiting until Phuwin and Joong turned away, Pond looked back but didn't have time to see Phuwin's gaze before. He watched the two disappear behind the door, silently thinking about their relationship.

-----------------------------------

.
At night, Pond returned to the main house. Before leaving, he called Dunk's family to take care of him. Joong returned to the hospital, probably stopping by Dunk's room to check on the situation, also to talk to his family a bit.

"Our child has never been like that, but I don't understand why he's so impulsive. We only have one son. If something happened to him, I'd probably die with him."

Dunk's mother sobbed, holding a tissue to wipe away her tears. She knew her son had a stomach ailment, but recently she noticed that he was much quieter and often locked himself in his room. As much as he was a workaholic before, he now neglect it, preferring to go to peaceful places like the children's school to hide from time to time. This morning she kept calling but there was no answer in the room. A mother's intuition made her call someone to break down the door, and then she saw Dunk lying on the floor, white foam pouring out of his mouth, and a bunch of pills scattered all over the house.

"Dunk is safe, you don't need to worry, you should rest, let me take care of him, it's already late."

After talking for a while, Dunk's mother was busy with work tomorrow morning so she returned, leaving Dunk to take care of. Some time later, Dunk showed signs of waking up, he went to the bedside to see how he was doing. Dunk opened his eyes and saw his body just looking away. He lay on one side as if to avoid him.
