" Tell me you don't love me, and I won't ever show you my face. Push me away so hard that I'd stumble to even look at you. " He leaned closer to my face. " Push me before I kiss you, before I cherish every inch of you. " His palm trace...

TAEHYUNG'S POV
"You okay?" she asks, with concern.
I managed a small nod, straightening myself
Vesta stepped forward, positioning herself slightly in front of me. Her eyes, usually so warm, are now steely as she faces Mr. Sebastian.
"Ves--" I couldn't let her get into this. But before I could say anything, she began.
"Sir," she starts, her voice was firm but not unkind, "I understand you're in pain. Your anger, your grief - it's all justified. Losing someone you love is devastating."
The man's face contorts with anger. "You don't understand anything! This incompetent doctor killed my wife and my unborn child. "
Vesta doesn't back down. "Have you considered the doctor's situation? Do you know the full story of what happened in that operating room?"
"I don't need to know anything else!" He shouts. "My wife is dead because of him!"
Vesta's voice rises to match his. "You're right to be upset, but how can you place all the blame on Dr. Kim without knowing all the facts?"
"Facts? The fact is my wife and unborn child are dead!" His face is red with anger.
"Yes, and that's tragic." Vesta says firmly. "But did you know that the assisting doctor was late? That the intern fainted during the procedure?"
His anger falters slightly, confusion creeping into his expression.
Vesta continues. "Dr. Kim was left to handle complex surgery alone, with limited support. Yet he did everything in his power to save your wife."
"That's no excuse for incompetence!" Mr.sebastian argues, but his voice lacks its earlier conviction.
"It's not an excuse." Vesta counters. "It's context. Sometimes, despite a doctor's best efforts, things go wrong. It doesn't mean they're incompetent or that they didn't care."
The man's shoulders slump, the fight seeming to drain out of him. "I didn't know," he mumbles.
"Of course you didn't," Vesta replies, her voice is gentler now. "You're in shock, you're grieving. But Dr. Kim is human too. He feels the loss of every patient deeply. Blaming him won't bring your wife back, and it won't help you heal."
The man looks at me, his eyes now more sorrowful than angry. "I'm sorry, Dr. Kim. And thank you for giving your best."
As he leaves, Vesta turns to my side. I manage a weak smile. "Thank you," I whisper, unable to fully express my gratitude.
She takes my hand, squeezing it gently. I guide her to my cabin, and as soon as I close the door behind us, I let out a long, shaky breath.
"Ves" I begin, my voice rough with emotion, "what are you doing here? How did you know about this ?"
