"Lo siento. Resbalón de la lengua." Morro grinned at his frowning sister
(Sorry. Slip of the tongue.)

"Morro." Soul Archer- uh...Sebastian spoke in a cool tone. Lloyd jumped at how deep the ghost's voice was. It was like the room shook as he continued speaking

"Por qué has traído a un humano aquí? Sabes las reglas."
(Why did you bring a human here? You know the rules.)

"Sí. Lo traje aquí para conocer a todos. Este es mi novio, Lloyd." Said Morro as he gestured to Lloyd
(I do. I brought him here to meet everyone. This is my boyfriend, Lloyd.)

"Hello..." Lloyd waved shyly as the two eldest ghost siblings eyed him with what he prayed wasn't disgust

"El es feo." Bansha- er- Bianca stated bluntly
(He's ugly.)

"Bianca." Sebastian frowned, making her jump

"Qué? No puede ser el tipo de todos." The black haired girl snickered before walking away into the kitchen
(What? He can't be everyone's type.)

It was silent between the three boys before Sebastian spoke up again.

"Morro, ve a ayudar a mamá a preparar la mesa. Y trae una silla extra para tu...novio." With a simple nod, Morro went to go do as he was told
(Morro, go help mom set up the table. And bring an extra chair for your...boyfriend.)

Lloyd was truly in awe. He can't believe he never considered that all these people were family. Morro's family. It was all so painfully familiar. The sudden softness of Morro, the kindness of his mother, and the stone cold leadership of Sebastian. The teen was almost jealous of how everyone seemed to follow him and his word, but it was still obvious that he bowed to his mother and respected her. Lloyd hadn't had a mom in so long, he almost forgot how it felt

"You." Sebastian spoke, calling the blonde to attention at once

"Y-Yes?" Lloyd stuttered out. Sebastian's voice was so deep, it startled him everytime. And he was tall too, and big. Really big. He could totally beat Lloyd up if he wanted to

"You know that if you hurt my little brother...I'll have to dispose of you, right?" Smokey green eyes bore into the blond as he tried his hardest to stand strong

"There won't be any need for that." Lloyd declared, piquing the bigger man's interest

"I would never hurt him." He spoke sternly. The ghost watched him silently for a few moments before walking away and back down the hall

For about 30 minutes, Lloyd sat in the living room with Gabriel, listening to the younger boy talk about whatever came to mind until dinner was ready. They ate merrily, asking Lloyd a question every now and then. But before long, dinner was over and Lloyd sat in the kitchen with Bianca, washing some of the dishes.

"...You know I'm only here with you 'cause my mom told me to help out, right?" She started. She sat on the counter watching Lloyd clean the plates in the sink

"I think that only counts if you've actually washed a dish." Lloyd huffed. It didn't seem like Bianca actually liked him at all, but she was Morro's sister, so he'd put up with it the best that he could

"Shut up. Washing plates is the least you could do after showing up to my house unannounced, making my mom cook extra, and doing that weird thing at the table." Bianca scowled

Ah, yes. The weird thing.

The blonde's face flushed in embarrassment as he remembered the blank stares on everyone's faces after revealing that he was vegetarian and didn't eat meat. By that point, Morro's mother had already set the paella on the table. As he dies, this will probably be his most cringe worthy memory.
