Capel, Minus, and Mandrew could barely lift themselves off the ground. Her foot was about to stomp them in the back when Cree thrusted and locked it in place.

"Fight's over, you won," exerting enough force to make her retail.

"Now we're here to settle the score," jumping on top of him and flipping off, into the air, where the entire cafeteria hall took notice as she hardened the fur from across her body, slipping as she gyrated off the ceiling.

"And leave our boss' attacker sore and beat on the floor! Malora's Cast!"

Cree jumped in the way, swiveling a massive field of wind pushing the hundreds of sharp fosiles turned white rain about to impale down on the entire lunchroom.

As he tried to hold it up, the one from Sehki's classroom came charging at him.

"That wind staff fighting style? You're the one who helped those Porcus pricks arrest the boss!"

He lit himself on fire, dashing straight for Cree when Candy slammed the floor with an ice claw to freeze him in his tracks.

"Get away from my brother!"

The Uyocrons felt rumbling targeted at them by a woman with dust and unkempt hair.

"Took the words right out of our mouth," coating her legs in stone and j umping at them when Lorena's hand stretched around their torso to hurl them into her fellow aggressor.

The man wrapped in flames slid underneath her, striking and restraining Lorena and freeing their friend in time. Delphine and Kayla fired a sound scream Asterism Art at him, but were slashed in the back the fins of another woman, forcing Nyla to shield them.

Spotting Candy about to be attacked, Bodin animated two wolves as the earth fae kicked up an entire platform to destroy them both. Bella and Sehki dashed out of the explosion to strike them both, but two chains snatched Sehki out of the air and blew him away from the others.

The only guy in the group latched himself around Lorena's body, dispelling her body while giving her a light chokehold.

"That hair melds perfectly with my flames. Play nice, and I'll have you melting at my feet."

She groaned, stretching all her limbs around his body, pissed.

"I'll break every bone in your body," turning him away and demanding his allies stop. "Talk, who are you?"

His anger started to race, about to incinerate them both.

"Pryalis, stand down."

"Shut it Fari," halting their attack, while the rest stopped applying pressure.

"Who? Us? Since she asked so nicely, introduce yourself, everyone. Fari Kilo."

"Cassie Lucretia," bowing in the air.

"Easel Barn," said the one attacking the Heralds.

"Ugh, fine. Pyralis Basia."

"You all have Equelus StellArts," determining which models, "Sleipnir Style, Malora Style, Hippocampus Seahorse Style, and Fire Horse Style?"

Fari nodded. "You're pretty smart for your looks."

"I'll take that as a compliment," internally disagreeing. "So what are you doing here?"

She pointed at Sehki. "We want revenge on the people who imprisoned Kesh. That includes your cousin," turning to Cree, "and you."

Cree generated two opposing spinning chakrams to block Cassie. "You can't trust him! He'll turn on anyone to survive!"

Easel swung a wave of crescent energy from her fins at him. "You took our leader away from us!"

Sehki and Lorena watched the rare sight of him getting angry enough to smash the attacks away, taking the chakrams at the tip of his staff and swung it down at her with no hesitation.

The dust cleared, and he'd cracked a good tear in the floor, panting.

"His misawa or whatever it's called turned our whole neighborhood into a Void fest. I was there at night trying to save the people in our neighborhood! In prison," shuddering, "his mere thoughts sent Voids through the mess hall," recalling the same conversation when the two fought.

"I know you! You're the staff boy with that sneak attack which got me in here!"

"Are you even human!?"

"As if. I was destined for greatness! You helped those fools rob me of my full potential!"

"You could've hurt so many lives that night! Do you care about anyone but yourself?"

"Please, I'd turn my own herd into my prey if so be it!"

—-

Sehki gritted his teeth. "He'd do that to his own people, and you'd follow him!"

Cassie fired her projectiles at him. "He gave us a home when your friend's parents abandoned us and your cousin kicked him out of your dead country!"

"Wali did that? He must've had a reason!"

"So tell us where he is," Pryalis demanded, "or I'll blow us both up!"

Lorena scoffed. "You'll embarrass yourself trying."

Sehki shook his head. "He's still unconscious, and we don't know whether he'll recover. There's no other reason for you to be here!"

Fari wiped her unkempt hair. "Nope, we also made a deal. Get through this semester here, and we'll have our leader back."

"And our Kunckleherd," pointing to his knuckles, "will finally reunite!"

"Uhh, he means Nuckel, like the fairy horse beast thing, right?"

"No, Knuckle, Prince Se-stupid!"

"Apologizes, he's not as smart as his brother."

"Oh, yeah. After I'm done with your friends, I'll fight him next."

Sehki refused to let that happen, but more chains surrounded, ensnared, fried, and yanked crashing onto the Nabu floors. His tied up limbs were turned around to witness several volumes of energy emitting from the odd assort of figures where military outfits had their own animal and constellation emblem glazed across:

Rat, Ox, recognizing Hyuga wearing Dragon, Snake, Goat, Monkey, Arian with what looked like a pig being responsible for holding him, and finally Rooster, Tiger, and Dog worn by Mako, Vital, and Vena respectively.

The Chinese Zodiac, with one thought plagued in his mind.

"Why are there only eleven of you," Bella asked before Arian smacked her away, leaning down to him.

"To watch you suffer."
