Just as Fari was about to put her all into the next attack, the vines around reverted back to the ground as Candy briefly activated her Castillo's Dress, lowering the damage of her fists.

"All of you head to the end," calling them back to reveal Bodin won much to the dismay of Fari and Sven.

"What?"

"How?"

"My objective stated that the first person to get their partner to the end with the most energy wins," showing the class via a gauge they stood to show Bodin wasted the least magic compared to Paleun and Dango.

"How did he get there first?"

Bodin showed off his ice skates, prompting them to recognize when she gave it to him.

"Leadership requires ensuring the stability and well being of your followers, allies, and supporters. That's how we've survived for almost a millennium in a half!"

Fari stomped the ground but Heath reduced the impact as she approached Candy.

"You tricked me!"

Candy said nothing, but nodded, quietly giving herself a victory lap.

"Uyocron, you'll be our Class President, good work. We'll talk on Monday."

Bodin ran over and hugged her, but stopped. Paleun and Dango also staring at her, so Candy walked over to the snake girl.

"Thank you for playing fair," offering her hand. Though albeit surprised, Dango accepted it.

Later that Thursday, Sehki and Lorena called for a strategy meeting with the Shadow Brawlers: their usual Erebus conversation, complete with a Lyra board documenting the connections with pictures and the campus map for their opposition.

Sehki's class had Mako, Vena, Vital, and Pyralis: Rooster, Dog, Tiger, Fire Horse

Lorena dealt with Arian, Rubin, and Teshina: Pig, Goat, Monkey, Sea Horse.

Cree spat with Meng, Bao, Hyuga, and Cassie: Ox, Horse, Dragon, and Malora.

And Candy finished adding Paleun, Dango, and Fari: Rat, Snake, and Sleipnir.

"We're missing one. Proxim."

"Proxy," laughing. "Maybe they're using Pyrsadist as a host," explaining the Chinese Zodiac in his world to the team. The one that was missing was Rabbit.

Candy's eyebrows hopped, addressing who she thought it was as well their classes.

"Pftt, that'd be way too cliche," tapping her on the shoulder. "But you aren't my follower," hugging her like a teddy bear. "You're my sister. None of us would be here if it wasn't for you."

"Forgetting someone," Cree teased.

"I'll adopt you too!"

Lorena was magnetized by the sappiness to join them and stop them from falling on the couch, not knowing a snake was watching them, heading over to a conversation between the Rising Twelve.

"They're just relaxing. Wish my family was like that," Dango admitted.

"Don't get sentimental for the pricks who got Lord Hinata arrested. Saiban's going to be so pleased when we take them out," said Paleun recalling the shock and dread on their news when Xia lost.

Tenshia scowled. "We should just challenge them to see that they truly deserves the right as Terra's Saviors and he'll tell us the truth.. There's no need for this backhandedness."

"He beat up Hyuga," Rubin argued.

Meng crossed his hands. "Who's idea was that again?"

"Shut up," Hyuga argued. "I almost beat him."

Bao slapped him on the back. "You would've if I was there!"

Arian shrugged. "Can't we just let the Nuckelherd fight them?"

"No," Hyuga claimed. "They might be evenly matched, but Sehki's Zodiac is going to get in the way."

Mako sighed. "Don't worry," explaining their plan. "When he's weakened, I'll take him out, and we'll get what we need from him."

"So that's why you called us in here," Fari claimed, as Pyralis, Easel, and Cassie walked side by side with her. Paleun asked who invited her, so she pointed to Mako. "Still, being equal to them sounds like an insult, Compass Hay."

Paleun went to Hyuga's defense. "You lost to their weakest link, remember?"

"How do you have the powers of a Rat but you're still slower than a fae-king painter?"

"Keep your mouth quiet, horse," Hyuga argued.

"You want me to bite that flesh off your pathetic bones," powering towards him when Mako's sword reached her throat.

"Stay back."

"I don't take orders from anyone but Kesh. I'll swallow your sword and arm if he talks back to me like that."

Arian giggled, pointing her chains. "I'd pay to see that."

Pyralis lit his fingers up. "Keep laughing pig, and I'll roast you to shreds. Too bad all five of you are ugly or I'd say you could seduce and stab staffer and shadow in their sleep."

Meng sighed. "This is why you don't have a girlfriend and got kicked out of Saiban."

"Who are you dating?"

He had to cover Bao's mouth from answering for him.

Vena had to cover Hyuga's mouth while Vital tried to talk Mako down.

"With that attitude, no wonder your sister lost last year."

Easel yawned. "Aren't you all enough? Twelve...eleven plus us against Sehki's group. That's fifteen to four. You don't need us."

"No, it's more than that," Tenshia argued, letting Vena point out he had the other heir's Inner Circles on their side. "So fifteen to thirteen."

"Sehki must've brainwashed them," Hyuga argued. "Vital, Vena, didn't he break into all of the heir's groups and take their members?"

"That's not it," Dango argued. "They're all different but they genuinely see each other as friends. They lack our training, but like you guys," pointing to the Nuckelherd, "they pick each other. It's possible they grew in a short time by connecting physically and internally."

"Fari, you all will take on the three of them, while I expose Sehki."

"And how's the campus gonna handle us jumping them?"

Arian stretched her chain at Cassie.

"That's where you come in."

"Me? Take on the whole campus? I'm flattered but," stepping into a pile of switches, and picking them up. "What are these?"

Mako grinned, retracting his sword.

"You dress like a witch, so you'll leave a curse across this entire campus only we can solve."
