"Itne jaldi kyu mil gaya yeh?" Daadi huffed, in annoyance.

(Why did he get discovered so quickly?)

Same feelings, Daadi.

I sat there annoyed, cursing at the fact that Uncle's men found him earlier than my men. I had so many plans for that bitch but no, uncle had to spoil that too.

I had hired a few men to find Harsh and bring him to me. I had my own plans to make him pay for every single tear that escaped Naina's eyes because of him but now, this man ruined that as well.

And what's with him coming back willingly?

I don't understand. If he left at his own will, why didn't he retaliate even for a second? He was either scared after getting caught or he fucked up really bad.

Aane do usko. I'll get all the answers out of him.

(Let him return.)

"Imagine being so dumb that you get caught within 24hrs, that too without police being involved." Daadi jibed, with a mocking snort.

By two different sets of people. LOSER!

"I was hoping for today to be peaceful for Naina but looks like that ain't happening." I said, with a sigh.

"Us, Damad Ji. Us." Daadi said, making me turn to her with narrowed eyes.

She chuckled, making me shake my head at her.

A 70 years old bully.

"What do you think is going to happen?" She asked, in a serious tone.

"More drama." I said, looking at Anuj Uncle pacing around the living room. "I just hope he doesn't make things more difficult than they already are, and I really hope that the only reason behind bringing Harsh back is to make things right for Naina, not the opposite." I added.

I have zero trust in this man, at the moment. From everything that happened yesterday, I don't really expect him to use his brain right now. I'm sure that he'll still act selfish but let's just hope that I'm wrong and he'll actually make things right like he said.

"I'll take care of it this time. I was unaware about the situation yesterday, but I won't let him do anything stupid to my Gudiya ever again." Daadi said, making me turn to her.

"Only if I knew all this was happening, I would have knocked some sense into him yesterday itself, but this stupid blood pressure had to spoil everything." She scoffed.

"Buddhi toh ho hi gyi ho aap. Ab budhape me toh yahi sab hota hai." I said.

(You have definitely gotten old. All this would happen in old-age only.)

She looked at me amd extended her right hand to twist my left ear.

"Buddha hoga tu!" She said.

(You're old!)
