Your eyes are trained on the journal on your lap. You don't know how they get their hands on it and you're not sure how long time has passed. If they're here, this mean that Graves has betrayed them and now they're on the run from him.

But then, how I'm going to explain this?

Telling them "actually, your guys' world are not real and just fictional and I don't know how I get my ass here." not sound like a good reason at all. And sure will only lead me to another problem.

But telling them that you kind of know what's going to happen is not like a good option either. You bit your bottom lip as you tried to think about it. Come on, y/n. You got this. Just think of something.

"Sergeant. Explain." Ghost's voice cut you from your train of thoughts but you keep your gaze down on the journal on your lap.

You remained silent for a moment before you let out a sigh then finally look up to meet the others' gaze. "Would you at least untied me first? I won't run, even if I'm, I'm aware I'm a no match for the three of you."

"That's not the option." Your Lieutenant said as he takes a step towards you. Towering even more to your short figure that now even shorter because you're sitting on a chair. Tied to a chair, to be exact.

You move your gaze to look at Soap who only look away from you once both your eyes met with each other. You can't help but feel a pang in your chest. Even Soap?

Then you look at your last option, Rudy. He stands not too far behind Ghost, eyes already looking at you but it was--once again--void of any emotion. It's not him.

You finally look away and instead looked into nothing. Letting out a dry chuckle as you scoffed. "After all these years," you shake your head in amusement. "What a bullshit."

"Y/n." Soap started but your gaze remained, not moving to look at him. "It would be easier if you just explain it."

"What I have to explain, Mactavish?" You asked as you slowly looking up at him. Your eyes no longer held its warmth. It's slowly going back to the form you're have long forgotten but you can't help it. "Even if I'm, would you even try to believe me? Eyes can't lie, Sergeant."

"You're only making it harder for us, Y/n." You slowly move to look at Rodolfo again. Letting out a smirk as you let out yet another dry chuckle then look down on the journal once again.

I shouldn't let myself involved in the first place.

A shadow move to blocks the light from you which make you look up once again to look at the all too familiar masked man.

"You're smart, no? Congratulations. You figured it out." You give him a sweet smile as you narrowed your eyes at him.

When you thought it's all going to be better since you slowly open up to Ghost and Soap, turned out it meant nothing for both men. Who apparently didn't even trust you to untied you from the chair.

"You're out of your mind." Ghost lowly said as he leaned down to be eye level with you. You only shrug then look straight into his eyes, challenging him. "I am."

You and Ghost remained silent as you both don't want to be the first to break the eye contact. Silently agree whoever the first to do it will be the loser. Stubbornness always gets in the way.

It's only until Soap tapped Ghost's shoulder which make him let out a gurnt and back down from you.

"Let her--"

"Hello--one, two,---bzzzt." A sound of a static radio suddenly echoing through the silence. You blink your eyes in confusion as you kind of feel familiar with the voice.

The three men look around themselves at each other, also confused as to whose radio was that.

"bzztt--connecting... right? Hello?" As the voice once again said, Ghost looked down at his vest. Reaching his hand to grab something from it and reattach it from the place hanging on his vest.

Your eyes widen when you see what he's holding in hand.

Both Soap and Ghost's eyes immediately found yours once they settled on the radio in Ghost's hand.

"I don't know if it's really working. But the signal from here said it is."

That accent---fuck!

A muffled voice sounds from the radio before the familiar voice once again talk. "So, it's supposed to be sent to 141? I guess. You've done quiet a good job, angel. I'm really proud of you."

You can't help but trying to stand up from where you are and slammed the radio to shut it off. "Don't listen to him!" You hiss as you feel the knot tightened around your wrists and legs.

The Lieutenant once again comes closer to you, a foot away, holding the radio in hand. His eyes locked with yours and not strained away even for a second. As if he wants to read every single of your expression.

"My men are stupid to do their job properly. But I guess you guys are even more stupid." The man said as he lets out a chuckle.

"Fuck! Please! Please turn that off I'll explain everything!" You still tried get off from the rope tying you to the chair. Fear slowly consuming your body and mind as you feel how the atmosphere shifted the more the man from the radio talks.

It's one thing to know your teammates didn't trust you because of yourself. But it's another thing to let someone else makes your teammates didn't trust you even more.

"I don't have much time because my man said this shit can be track, so I'll get my point straight."

You frantically shake your head, eyes pleading as you look at Ghost. "Ghost, please, don't trust him."

"You guys get your job done in Las Almas, and let's finally meet in Chicago. Don't even try to look for me in Chicago before you get your job done there. I guarantee you, it won't end well. Good luck."

As fast as just that, the radio went off. The beeping red died down as you finally give up to get yourself free.

You shake your head as you still locked eyes with Ghost, a tear escaped your eyes as you gritted your teeth. Trying to control yourself.

Ghost remained still in his position as he finally break away his gaze from you and look down at the radio in hand. He then comes to crouch in front of you. Your eyes follow his every movement, can't predict what he's going to do or what he even thinking after he heard all the bluff being said from the radio.

"You know him?"

You softly nod as an answer. He abruptly gets up when he feels he couldn't get anything else from you for now. He turned around to look at both men that only watching the scene unfol in silence.

"Let's deal with this later. Saving Alejandro is more important."

"But what about her?" Soap asked as his eyes met with mine but he quickly averted his gaze. Ghost look at him before he look at Rodolfo. "You have any drug here?"

The Latino man only shake his head which make Ghost let out a deep sigh. "Guess we have no choice."

He turned around to face you again and walking to behind you. "This will do." Before you can even registered what he's about to do, a sharp pain from the back of your neck making you yelp in pain. Then you feel how black dots slowly making its way to your eyes.

"That's quite hard." You heard Soap's mutter.

"Will that keep her unconscious until we're done?" This time it's Rodolfo. You tried to fight back the urge to go unconscious as your eyes slowly move to look at him.

"The drug keep her unconscious for long enough, pretty sure this one would do. How weak." Was the last voice you heard before you finally lost consciousness.
