Arriving at the said area, the team quickly piled out of the jeep and got into position. You walk beside Price as you greet the SOF Leader first, shaking hands with him. "Привет." (Hello.)

The leader greets back then moves to look at Price. "Captain Price- At your service sir..."

John kindly tapped the man's shoulder twice as he nodded at him. "Right, I need half of your men with my Lieutenant."

The other force's leader firmly nodded, "Copy that." Before he turned to look at his own team and shouted order. "Form up!"

After that, Price proceeded to walk further in the tunnel. The rest followed behind him. "The rest of you on me!" He said as the leader came back after managing his team.

As all Task Force 141 and the SOF leader formed a makeshift circle not too far from the said yellow entrance, Price made sure to look at each one of you sternly. Trying to drill just how serious the situation is. "Alright, stay close ーー follow my orders. Let's get on those doors, yeah?"

Everyone was looking at each other before your gaze landed back on the captain. As planned, the team split up into two groups the next instant.
 
Price, Soap, and Roach on one team, while Gaz, you, and Ghost on the other, alongside the SOF covering the back.
 
When you first heard about the team, you immediately wanted to protest why you don't get on the same team with Soap. But Price and Laswell simply team up not to let you say anything about it. Resulting in you sulking along the way here. You secretly flip both elders off inside your head. 

And because of that, poor Roach was becoming your victim, which you talk his ears off to watch over Soap. No matter if the man already agrees to do just that, you still can't help but keep reminding him to the point that it's kind of annoying him, but he doesn't voice it out because he knows just how concerned you are for each of them.
 
While the topic of a man only watched you from the side. Listening to every word you said to Roach about how he has to watch over him. He doesn't know what to feel at the moment.
 
Seeing you care so much for him somewhat warmed his heart, but when you keep talking about it, it feels like you don't even trust him to take care of himself while he's a fully grown man that literally has his fair share of experience in the military himself. He feels like you start to underestimate him instead.

If it's not because of Ghost that place his hand on his shoulder and make him take his eyes away from you, right there and then, maybe he already confronted you about it.
 
Back to the present, Price reached to his vest and pressed the button on the comms. "Six to Watcher ーー We are on the X... Going for Makarov."

"Solid copy. Go get him, John."

The three of them walked towards the closed entrance, then stopped in front of it to prepare themselves for the worst.
 
Both you and Ghost watched the moment unfold and are not leaving their side yet. While Gaz starts informing the other forces to get ready.
 
"This bastard won't go down easy." Soap said, his voice was full of determination. "Obviously." Roach added as his grip on his gun tightened.
 
Price smiles at both men as he raises his hand to pat Soap's covered vest chest. "Yeah, well, neither will we, sunshine." Then he moves to pats Roach as well, but it's on his helmet instead of his vest. Which he knows will annoyed the younger male. Roach only rolled his eyes, but they twinkled with confidence.

Watching the scene play before your eyes, it feels like it's finally begun to reach an end. Which gives you a bittersweet feeling, but it doesn't last long because Ghost dragged you by your collar and away from them. "Let's go." He gruffly said.
 
You didn't resist and just let him do as he wished as you managed to look at the other side of the team for one last time just right when Price opened the circle metal door and all hell broke loose.
 
With that, Ghost tugged you to look away, which you did, then quickly regained your own balance to fall in step beside him. Rushing to meet Gaz and the rest.
 
"We're ready on your call, Lieutenant." Gaz said once both of you stood beside him.
