Settling in the airplane has been a hustle for Ruhana, with her daughter by her side. However, Sameer's presence is comforting, as he handled her daughter well. Luckily, they'd got three adjacent seats, Manvi chooses to sit by the window and her mum lets her. After settling the luggage, and her handbag, Ruhana takes her seat in the middle of the three-seater. She sighs deeply and throws a grateful glance at Sameer, who understands her turmoil.

"Maine jo kiya wo toh mera farz hai, Ruhana. Mujhe toh iss baat ki khushi hai ki tum Singapore aane ke liye maan gai." Sameer explains, his tone soft and sincere.

"Main kaise nahi maanti, Sameer? This is such a big opportunity. Aur phir maine socha ki shayad mujhe Mannu ke liye koi ilaaj mil jaye." She says, casting a glance at her daughter, who's currently playing with the rubix puzzle.
"Ruhana, tum jaanti ho na ki sabhi doctors iss case mein haath hi khade kar dete hain. Phir bhi tum..." Sameer voices his concern, his gaze fixed on her daughter.
"Phir bhi main risk lena chahti hoon, Sameer. Main jaanti hoon kayi doctors ne mana kar diya hai, aur main bhi Mannu ki zindagi daanv par nahi lagana chahti, lekin Sameer, koshish karne mein kya harz hain? Agar koi ilaaj kaam karta hai toh wo Mannu ke liye hi behtar rahega." Ruhana reasons, her voice firm, and her eyes show an unwavering resolve to find better treatments for her daughter.
"Main samajhta hoon, and I must say tum jitna kar rahi ho, Vineet...vo itna sab nahi kar paata." Sameer says, praising his friend.
