hoba, are you awake?

hoba:
more than ever. i thought you went to sleep early yoonie?

yoongi:
yeah i did, i just woke up from a nightmare. i had to make sure you were okay.

hoba:
i'm okay honey.

hoba:
are you okay?

yoongi:
yeah, it was just weird. i rarely have nightmares.

yoongi:
why are you still up?

hoba:
i just laid down.

yoongi:
why so late? are you okay?

hoba:
i'm okay. my sister and i just got back home from the hospital. my grandma called my sister and said that my grandfather had fallen down the stairs of their house.

yoongi:
oh my god, is he okay?

hoba:
the doctor said he is really lucky he didn't break anything but he is okay. they are keeping him overnight due to the fact that he has some other medical issues but he should be okay.

hoba:
my grandma is staying here tonight because we live closer to the hospital. i am sleeping on the couch and letting her sleep in my bed.

yoongi:
i'm glad he is going to be okay. i'm sorry you have to go through this right now.

hoba:
it's okay yoonie. i feel better knowing he is going to be okay. not as sad as i would be. plus, you wouldn't let me get that sad. you cheer me up a lot.

yoongi:
well, i try to.

hoba:
i genuinely think you don't have to try. it comes natural with me.

yoongi:
okay, don't get a big head.

hoba:
too late. ☺️

yoongi:
you should try to get some sleep.

hoba:
i should, but i'm really not tired.

hoba:
a lot happened today and you'd think i'd be tired but i'm not.

yoongi:
didn't you say that medicine your psychiatrist gave you made you sleepy?

hoba:
oh my medicine! i knew i was forgetting something.

yoongi:
see, aren't you so lucky to have me?

hoba:
the luckiest.

yoongi:
i get the courage to flirt with you and then you say something like that and it makes me all giggly and i start blushing like crazy.

hoba:
i believe that is a good thing. it means you actually like me.

yoongi:
of course i actually like you. i wouldn't talk to you everyday and hangout with you almost everyday if i didn't.

hoba:
yeah but regular people that don't like each other also do that.

yoongi:
are you trying to gaslight yourself into thinking i don't like you?

hoba:
no.

yoongi:
sure does feel like it.

hoba:
i am just a person who needs reassurance.

yoongi:

hoba:

yoongi:

yoongi:
i think you are just tired from today and you need to just watch some tv, try to relax, and go to sleep.

hoba:
you might be right. today was rough.

yoongi:
there is always tomorrow my dear hoba.

hoba:
i know. i guess i will try to get some rest.

yoongi:
i'm not too far behind you, don't worry.
