"I can't believe I'm letting you have people over on a school night. I'm like the worst guardian ever." Ji-woo puts her hand to her head. "It's just a few hours Ji-woo. And don't call yourself a bad guardian. At least you are still here." Hoseok says and Ji-woo tilts her head to the side, knowing he is right. "Also, it's my birthday! I'm 16 so let's rejoice!" Hoseok smiles. She smiles at the boy and nods.
"You are lucky I took off today for you." She pets his head and he smiles. "C'mon. Let's go get the food and set up for the party." Ji-woo says with a smile and Hoseok smiles back with a nod.
Meanwhile, Yoongi walks through the mall with Taehyung and Jin. "I can't believe you didn't get him a gift." Tae says to me and Yoongi rolls his eyes. "I can't believe it either. My mom has been down my throat about those assignments I was missing." Yoongi says. "What do I get him? I don't know what to get him." "I don't know but you have 2 hours to figure it out." Jin says, checking his watch.
"What did you guys get him?" Yoongi asked. "I got him a new game for his switch." Tae smiles. "I got him a shirt i think he would like." "Where did you get the money to get him a game?" Yoongi asked Tae and he smiles. "I have my ways." Yoongi laughs.
"What if I get him a pair of shoes? Or a some kind of music record he likes." Yoongi asked the boys. "That's up to you." Jin says. "Just get him something you think he would like." Yoongi shrugs. "I will see what I can do." Yoongi sighs.

"Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday dear Hobi. Happy birthday to you." The crowd around Hobi sings. "Make a wish!" Namjoon yells out as everyone cheers. Hobi closes his eyes and blows his candles out and everyone cheers again and claps their hands. Hoseok smiles us at the boys and his sister. The party hats amongst their heads were white with different polkadot colors.
"What did you wish for?" Jimin asked. "Well, if he tells us, it won't come true." Tae says. That makes the rest of them nod. "That's why I am not going to." Hoseok laughs a little. "Now, we eat cake and ice cream and then we can open presents." Ji-woo says and Jungkook is the first one to grab a plate.
Hoseok cuts the cake with the help of his sister. When Yoongi walks up to Hoseok, he smiles at him. "Happy birthday Hoba." Hoseok smiles back, cheeks red. "Thank you Yoonie. I saved you a corner." Hoseok says, pointing to the cake. "You know me so well." Hoba laughs.
"What kind of ice cream is there?" Jin asked. "Oh. I got vanilla, chocolate, and cookies and creme." Ji-woo answers. Yoongi looks back at Hoseok and he shrugs. "You got my favorite ice cream?" Yoongi asked and Hoba smiled. "I had to get my favorite boy his favorite things." Yoongi blushes with a gummy smile.
Hoseok loves his smile.
"I hope you like my gift Hobi. I struggled buying it." Jungkook says with a frown. "No matter what it is, I'm sure I will love it. This is the best birthday ever. Thanks guys." Hoseok says, taking a piece of cake for himself. "I wish it wasn't a school night so we could have another sleep over." Taehyung sighs and everyone else agrees.
"Well my birthday is on a Saturday. We can have a sleep over for my birthday." Yoongi says. "It's a while from now but I still don't know what I am doing for my birthday." He speaks quietly. "I would love that! I miss your mom." Hoseok says. "We know Namjoon does." Jimin says, snickering.
This causes the rest of the boys to burst out in laughter. Namjoon's face gets red with embarrassment, but he can't help but to laugh too. "I can't wait to tell you about that later." Hoseok says, patting Ji-woo's shoulder. "Please do." Ji-woo laughs. "Please don't!" Namjoon pleads. Ji-woo and Hoseok laugh harder.
She loves seeing her brother so happy. Ever since he has meet these boys he is leaving the house more and being a teenager. She is glad that he didn't have to grow up too fast the way that she had to. She loves her brother and would do everything to make him happy. No matter what.
After the laughter dies down, everyone finishes their cake and ice cream. "Alright, let me go find my camera in my room and then we can open presents." Ji-woo says getting up. Everyone gets up to go to the living room, talking about random things. After a while there is a knock on the door. The boys look at the door and then to one another. Jungkook begins to count the boys to make sure they are all here.
Hoseok gets up and goes to open the door. He turns the knob and his hand immediately dropped to his side. The look of shock, horror, and confusion all wash into one expression.
"Happy birthday bud." The other boys hear a low voice coming from the front door.
Hoseok turns his head to face the hallways and there are tears streaming down his face. "Ji-woo." He say softly, voice cranking. Hoseok starts running down the hallway. "Ji-woo." He screamed, crying. The boys hear a door slam and that makes them jump a little.
Yoongi immediately gets up and goes to follow the younger boy. The rest of the guys sit and watch in confusion. Ji-woo storms out of here room and into the living room. All of the boys point to the front door. Ji-woo opens the door wide and her eyes go wider.
"Dad, what are you doing here?"
