Before I start, I kinda felt bad for the last chapter being so short so here I am updating again lmao. Enjoy :-)

I waited for Matt outside the bathrooms while he went in to go take a wee. Shortly, he came out of the bathroom and we walked out of the small cafe. The owner glared at us for coming here only to use the restroom and not to eat.
After spending three days in Australia, it almost seemed appropriate to finally go shopping. I, of course, wasn't going to go overboard, as in God knows how long Matt can tolerate shopping with me before blowing up.
It was Matt's turn to choose a store and he decided on going into a toy shop type store. My guess was he was finally going to be able to shop in Adidas but I was definitely wrong.
"You've been dying to come to this store, haven't you?" A light giggle escaped my mouth as I shook my head at him.
"C'mon, this place is awesome." Matt exclaimed, but seemed overwhelmed and unsure of where to start in exploring the enormous store.
Matt held my hand tightly and made sure to not let go of it, only in fear of one of us getting lost. He chose the section with things like nerf guns and stuff. We had all of this stuff back in the states, but Matt was completely amazed by these things still.
I began trying to explain to Matt that we could buy all of these things back at home. Matt wasn't ready to listen and threw in a few nerf guns into the shopping basket. I was secretly excited to play with the nerf guns, but played it cool in the store and in front of Matt.
As we moved through sections, our basket remained constant with only the nerf guns. All until we reached the action figures. Oh dear Lord, please help me. Matt handed me the basket before scurrying over to the action figures. He picked up a Batman and Spiderman one.
We watched as a 10 year old boy approached our section. Matt had no interest in the boys presence and continued playing with action figures, sitting with his legs folded on the ground.
"Aren't you a little to old to be playing with those?" The 10 year old with the strong Australian accent asked Matt.
"Kid, no one is too old to play with action figures." Matt retorted and continued playing with his action figures.
"Well are you going to buy that Batman?" The slightly sassy young boy asked Matt with his arms crossed over his chest.
"Why does it matter to you?!" Matt shot back at the kid, clearly annoyed , so he decided to get up and tower over the kid in hopes to scare him.
"I wanna buy that toy and you happen to have the last one." The little boy spoke with the same amount of confidence, meaning Matt's attempt to scare him with his height didn't phase him at all.
"Go look for one in another store." Matt shrugged, not ready to give up his toy Batman. Oh dear, what were we getting ourselves into.
"Just give me the toy and we can get on with our lives." For a ten year old, he sure did have a big mouth.
"You listen here you little-" Matt was clearly annoyed and the smirk planted on the little boy's face wasn't helping either.
"Um Matt, just give the boy the Batman action figure." I interrupted Matt before he could utter another word.
"But Zoe." Matt began but I glared at him, since in the end we both knew Matt wasn't going to buy the toy because he wanted to, but just to make that kid mad.
Matt finally handed the toy over to the kid, hopefully clearing this situation. The boy took the toy from Matt and then walked over to me. Matt watched with his arms crossed over his chest, due to being upset that the kid got what he wanted.
