"Alice I ... I thought you weren't going to be back till late June?" Alice was walking through the sitting room taking her sun hat off " well being at the archipelago is enjoyable but when I heard someone was being sociable and partaking in teenage activities" she teased me with an innocent smile

"What activities would that be" I was buttering Klee's toast not really fully taking in what she says  Alice's is the embodiment off chaos she has a work schedule, it's even stuck on the fridge so Klee can keep track off how long till she'll see her mother again " One of my birdies told me that you are going to prom with one Mr Alberich and I heard it was a fairly extra way of asking you too it " she smirked as she sat down at the kitchen island grabbing an apple and taking a bite

"I ... Who who told you, for once can you let me know who this birdie is " I groaned slightly and put Klee's toast down and looked at her " oh well it was Seamus Pegg" she said nonchalantly " why does Seamus Pegg know about it I don't think Kaeya has gone to church in years"

"Well Barbara mentioned how there was a commotion before her lunch and she saw Kaeya and his boyfriend" she smirked " I didn't know you two were being open about it " I took a deep breath off course Alice knows enough people to have a rapport on most off this city she knows more about people then there own spouses

" Well it was more Kaeya then anything and I said I'd go to prom. Does Klee know your here or is this a surprise for her too " I finished plating up Klee's breakfast before shouting " Klee food "

"Yeah she knows she knew for about a week but she promised me she wouldn't tell you so I'm very proud she didn't" she spoke amongst the flurry off steps " Mom " Klee squealed before running over and hugging her before she sat up and started eating her food " is big brother Kaeya late?" Klee asked amongst her biting down on her toast with a smile. Speak off the devil there is the ring off the doorbell and I walked over placing my bread down before opening the door

"Hey blondie did you sleep well " He had his typical charismatic charm and passed me my drink as always and he followed me in " hey little blondie... Hello ma'am" Kaeya was also surprised at Alice being here he leaned towards me slightly " I thought you said she wouldn't be back till June ?" He whispered

" It's Alice you don't trust her schedule" I rolled my eyes slightly and sat down at the kitchen island finishing my toast. Alice was making conversation with Kaeya as Klee was in her own little world fiddling with her food and humming to herself as she ate. I tried to pay no attention to there conversation put I could feel there eyes look up at me every so often

"You do need a suit Albedo, considering the fuss you threw over my shirt I'm guessing I can't convince you to wear one again"  Alice spoke as she sipped some tea I didn't even realise she had made some but she must have " you wear very cute in that shirt though blondie "

"I was not cute, I did not throw a fuss I still wore the thing and Klee remind me never to let Kaeya inside whenever Alice is over ever again" I started cleaning the dishes quickly before putting them in the dishwasher " okay Klee come on let's go and Kaeya you can come if you want though I don't think you deserve it " I smirked slightly as Klee did as she was told grabbing her school bag and lunch box " I'm ready" she squealed as she opened the door " bye mommy see you later "

"Bye Alice " I spoke as I grabbed my school bag and Kaeya said his goodbyes and quickly rushed up to me " come on blondie don't be mean she is like your mother " he smiled at me as he wrapped his arm around my shoulders " correction she is like my auntie " Kaeya groaned slightly before smirking again

"Well what can I do to make it better blondie " he leaned closer to my face seemingly trying to kiss me " I don't know but I know you don't deserve what your trying " I smirked and gently pushed him off my shoulder and took Klee's hand instead " oh come on blondie all I did was talking to Alice " he whined oh how the confident fall when they don't get what they want

"The two off you were talking about us going to prom in front off me, What plans did you two come up with " I had a small smirk on my face

"We just talked about suits and it was generalised but~ it did start about the fact you don't own one wasn't necessarily prom okay please" I held in a chuckle at how whiney " Big brother Kaeya ?" Klee just stopped walking and had let go off my hand and stared at Kaeya " What are you and Albedo going too? Because my friends are saying there big brothers and sister are going to it so what is it ?"

"Why are you asking Kaeya " I was legitimately confused does she prefer Kaeya to me. She does ask me whenever he's going to come over again but I just thought she liked the novelty off my friends since she's a kid all kids like knowing teenagers I think " but you don't seem to care about it, when you asked Mr Baizhu would I be able to go over since you had prom but you looked like you didn't care about it then when I asked Mommy she seemed surprised you were going so I asked Kaeya " she smiled as if she hadn't just told me that if she knew I wasn't a sociable person. She turns back to Kaeya awaiting a response and Kaeya was glancing between me and Klee

"Well um, you know how me and Albedo are nearly done with highschool?" She nodded her head and Kaeya took her hand and we went back to walking Klee to school "well before you leave highschool you have a prom and it's just for older kids, so I'm bringing your brother" he wrapped his other arm around me again

"Are you gonna kiss my brother there?" I covered my mouth and noticed Kaeya trying to collect himself " what makes you think that little blondie ?" Without a second of hesitation" but your boyfriends and you said boyfriends kiss" she smiled and Kaeya paused not knowing how to respond

"Well boyfriends do, do that but Kaeya told you just that we like eachother the conversation started from a kiss okay " I took a deep breath " got it now go in or you'll be late "

"Bye big brother Albedo bye big brother Kaeya" she shouted as she ran in through the gate " how do you remember that like how ?"

"I thought you were smart shouldn't you have a good memory" I snickered to myself slightly " I'm not going to rember how I talked to a kid about kissing and boyfriends " he groaned as he walked over and threw an empty coffee cup in the bin as we approached the school gate "so you wanna come eat lunch with me in the cafeteria today?"

"Sure " I groaned slightly it wasn't an issue with Kaeya's friends I got along well enough with Thoma and Ayato but just the cafeteria in general is just the worst
