Prom was getting closer which also ment graduation was coming too, I wasn't worried about exams or even getting into college knowing if I really needed the help which I didn't Alice has plenty off people willing to right me letters of recommendation for what ever school I decided to go to but I'd rather get in on my own merit alone. Kaeya, on the other hand, seemed unfazed by the whole college topic. He hadn't explicitly stated that he wasn't going, but he never brought it up either. I suspected he might just start his own business or invest in a company instead. Despite his academic prowess, college didn't seem to be his cup of tea and from our conversations he seemed like he was ready for a more practical work, ready for the working world

"Hey earth to blondie, hello~ you still in there " I looked down at my hands the ice in my coffee had melted "oh I was just thinking" I took a sip and looked over at Kaeya, he was stirring his coffee with a stir stick a sympathetic smile on his face as he leaned it against his hand "oh well please tell what is worrying that pretty little head off yours " "phrasing it that way makes me sound stupid " I laughed awkwardly even I could tell it wasn't natural sounding" sorry sorry you can be smart and pretty and you do a fantastic job at both but I don't like seeing a worried Blondie " I looked down at my drink before looking up at him " what are your plans after school "

Kaeya's gaze softened as he listened to me his smile never faltering "you don't need to worry Blondie " he lifted his coffee cup to his lips and he took a sip "I have plans Blondie but, I don't know if you'd like them " he tilted his head slightly a smile playing on his lips "well it's you life I have no right to judge it's your life you have to live it" I sipped my own drink

"Aw but that's were your wrong, it isn't just my life out plans need to blend together like the notes in a lovely bottle off wine that *we* will age together creating the perfect bottle" his smiled widened " you act as if we are married we have been dating a month " "nearly 2" Kaeya interrupted me and I felt a small smile tug on my lips "nearly 2 months that's very different to a married or engaged couple and we are still in highschool you idiot"

I always found it cute but kind off weird how committed Kaeya was don't get me wrong I liked it but, it was weird, to me at least. Kaeya was known for not staying in relationships very long leaving pretty quickly either because he pissed the girl off and she broke it off or just he wasn't interested. Considering how everyone else acts around us, I'm not the only one who finds it weird how committed he is. It is also weird to me because I've never been in a relationship before so his commitment feels like a movie the ones clean makes me watch.

"Would you mind telling me what this plans are then if they are intertwined together like a fine wine, how'd you put it the notes" I didn't quite understand tysonology but I got the gist of it "well since you ask me so nicely blondie, dawn winery and all of its subsidiaries were left to me in Diluc. I don't plan on taking over the company Diluc is taking over it because he's more fit for it but I may still own stocks and I will probably go run one of our branches" he stirred his coffee again "it may disappoint you but I don't quite plan I'm going to college me I may go if I feel like it but I kind of just want to get out of school, hope you won't leave me for that Blondie" he joked not missing a chance to tease me

"I wouldn't be mad at you it's your life as I said before hand it's perfectly normal for what you want, I do not mean any offence by this but I kind of guessed you wouldn't attend college you never really talked about it and you always kind of talked about going to work maybe you office building I just didn't think you'd go" Kaeya laughed "Oh sick burn Blondie your learning.... Well it wasn't quite a burn but saying no offence means offence " I looked at him confused "but I said no offense, by saying no offence I mean no offense"

Kaeya laughed even more and some people in the coffee shop were looking at our table but Kaeya had been drilling into me to ignore people, well telling the truth I never had payed attention to other people unless they bothered me but Kaeya believed people staring at us was getting to me. I don't know where he got the idea but he thinks his little PEP talks before we enter school or building about ignores on your with me we are happy that's all that matters and he always seems very happy about it so I don't have the heart to tell him. Don't get me wrong it may be feeling comfortable sometimes no people were staring at me that I never care about their opinions were and Kai seems very worried I'm some sort of insecure lost puppy he seems like a lost puppy sometimes his hiding it behind confidence I could never say that to his face unlike most things I do willingly say to his face he'd hate me for thinking he was like a puppy.

"Ok Blondie just saying that doesn't mean it, it's like the tea incident okay someone asks you to boil the kettle they want you to make them tea not just boil the kettle" he laughed as I remembered the embarrassing incident with Alice but it's not my fault. You ask me to boil the kettle I will boil it, you could want to mop you could want to fill a hot water bottle it doesn't necessarily mean you want tea ask me to make you tea I will in turn boil the kettle

"That was not my fault and you know it, I still made her tea in the end" Kaeya laughed more, eventually he claimed down and he reached forward and he took my hand and he kissed it gently "oh I know Blondie but it's so funny I'll make fun off you for it till your old and grey" he laughed "I can't wait till your grey " he smiled seemingly to himself as he reached his hand out and ran his hand through my hair curling it around his finger "you'd look hot " he smiled

"Your weird sometimes..." I took his hand and slowly pulled it back down to the table "but I like it ... I like you "

"I like you too blondie"

Hey it's been a while huh. I'm sorry for the lack off updates I have been busy, I was in Ty when I started all of this and if you don't know what it is it's an Irish secondary school thing it's pretty much a doss year you do nothing. I had a lot of free classes and a lot of time to write and now I'm in fifth year preparing for mt leaving cert so updates will be more sparadic I also wrote mostly because I didn't have many friends woo me but I have friends now I see them most days, pretty much the less often I write the happier my life is so . Doesn't mean I'm gonna not write when my life is that happiest I'm still gonna write when I have the free time and my brain has decided to come up with ideas but it'll just will be more sparadic

I do also think this will end in the next chapter or two I'm at the point where I have to reread the entire series before I can write a new chapter to remember every plot line I've set in place and I've closed down most of the plot points I've started. And I know I said a few chapters back that I have an idea where the series will end I will admit the only idea I had is that it will end one prom that is it and I don't know what happens at prom I didn't even attend my t-y night I don't even know what I have a those so if you're willing please tell me ideas on what actually happens in a prom because I have no ffing clue
