Chapter 021: Sorry
"Katie. Katie, get up." I heard a voice say as someone shook me.
"Go away." I muttered as I threw a pillow over my head, but then the covers were ripped off of me.
"Jordyyyyy."
"Mom made breakfast, c'mon." He said as he grabbed me by the foot and began to drag me.
"I'm up! I'm up." I said as I grabbed my foot back and stood up as he smiled.
"She made bacon." He said as I gave him a small smile. Then I frowned as the house began to shake. My vision flickered between my room, and the red room I was in yesterday as I feel to my knees. I held my head as the room kept flickering back and forth.
"-tie! Katie!" I looked up to see Jordy as the shaking died down.
"I'm okay, I'm okay." I whispered as he wrapped me into a hug.
"What was that?" He asked.
"I-I don't know. I was here, and then I wasn't and-" I managed to spit out.
"It's okay, I've got you." He said as he wrapped me into a hug. I sighed as he slowly helped me up.
"C'mon, I want bacon." I said as I gave him a small smile, and he returned it.
"There's sausage too." He said as we walked down the stairs. That's when I saw her. Natalie looked at the floor as I looked back at Jordy, who raised his eyebrows.
"Hi." I muttered as I walked down the stairs.
"Hi." She replied with a small smile. Jordy and Jon both watched as we stared at each other.
"Look, Natalie, I'm really-"
"No, please. We really got off on the wrong foot. I am so sorry for what I said, I... I just just didn't get it. I didn't mean to upset you, and I totally didn't mean to make you pass out." Natalie apologized as she cut me off. I gave her small smile.
