Sae was walking along the path to Ubuyashiki's mansion. Her kakushi not to far ahead of her. The sun was bright and warm today. Tani was sitting comfortably on Sae's shoulder, almost falling asleep. Sae had learned so much at Urokodaki's cabin. Close combat training, dodging, sword fighting, different techniques and more but still no luck with a breathing technique. She still kept her head up it wasn't the end of her journey, she was still young. According to the letters Urokordaki sent to Ubuyashiki, Sae was stronger than she looked, and has senses that he couldn't quite place. She was fast like lightning most of the time. When he asked Sae about it, all she said was 'It's like i'm moving in slow motion'. Urokodaki then realized she is stronger than most demon slayers her age even without a breathing style. If she were to get one, she would become a hashira in no time. He knew without a doubt she would make it through the final selection.

Sae smiled happily as the mansion was now in her line of sight. She thanked the kakushi for accompanying her and walked off. Once she peaked through the garden, she was surprised Ubuyashiki wasn't outside. He was always outside admiring natures beauty. Sae began to walk to the front doors of the mansion until someone appeared behind her.

She eyed the man who was standing next to her. Taking in all his characteristics. He was someone Sae had never seen before but he looked a lot like someone she knew. She knew that for a fact because of how he looked. She noticed she was staring for too long at his bright red and yellow hair along with his eyes which were the same color. "Oh my apologies, i shouldn't stare, I was just admiring your face, I'm Sae Ubuyashiki who are you"? The man looked in awe as he smiled and said " Oh no no please my apologies miss! I just left a meeting with your father and i've only seen you from afar so I wanted to introduce myself, i'm Kyojuro Rengoku"! Sae noticed that he was a cheerful man with quite a loud voice. " Oh I see, I knew you look familiar. Your father saved me a long time ago, it's a pleasure to meet you Rengoku, I hope your meeting went well, is Master Ubuyashiki still inside"? Rengoku couldn't help but smile more at how gentle she was. "Yes miss Sae, he's actually waiting patiently for you, it was lovely getting to finally meet the master's daughter". He said proudly as he bowed and left. Sae knew she would be seeing more of him.

Sae approached Ubuyashiki who was sitting at a table drinking tea with another cup next to him which she assumed is for her. " Good evening sir, I hope you are in good health". Sae announced her arrival and bowed before sitting down next to him. " My child i'm glad you came back safely, i'd like to discuss some things with you". She hummed laying the now sleeping Tani down in her lap. "First i'd like to say how proud I am of you, Urokodaki sent letters on your progress and it seems you've succeeded his expectations. Of course without even having a breathing technique. It's quite impressive, you are special Sae, and I know you'll be an amazing demon slayer". Sae was filled with happiness, getting praised by her father was one of the many things that made her smile. " Thank you sir I appreciate everything you and your wife do for me, I wont disappoint you". Ubuyashiki Smiled he knows Sae wants approval from him and for her to mean something, she's always wanted to be someone important, he adores her. " Of course, now onto other matters, I had a meeting with the current higher level demon slayers before you arrived, I explained to them about your situation and asked each of them to train you in different ways to see if you can't get familiar with other breathing styles, they happily accepted this request. So you'll be training with each of them, first will be Tengen Uzui, though he isn't a hashira yet I still feel it be best to train with him since he's only a year older than you, he trains in speed which I know that you already have but maybe it'll help. Next we have Kanae Kocho, the flower hashira, as you know her well, your friend insists that she teaches you about wisteria and the uses of it and how it'll help you and your breathing , she wishes to train you more but she's very busy these days. Then we of course have Gyomei Himejima, the stone hashira, you have only met him a couple times but he wishes to teach you about strength and durability. Lastly, we have Kyojuro Rengoku, he is the newest flame demon slayer, he wishes to just train with you to see how you are. So just sword wielding. hopefully it'll be enough to help you find a breathing style that suits you". Sae was very excited training with new people that she didn't really know and training with her friend Kanae would be fun. " Excellent! I'll go meet them after this, Do you really think I can do this Kagaya"? He didn't hesitate when he said " I know you can, I can sense it".

Sae was informed that the demon slayers were all training at the butterfly mansion. It was a long ways away but she didn't mind the walk as she basically walked this trail everyday. CAW CAW SAE WILL BECOME THE BEST HASHIRA EVER CAW CAW. Sae playfully rolled her eyes at her crows comment. Tani tends to say stuff like that, trying to boost Sae's confidence and ego. Sae made it to the butterfly mansion, just how she remembered it. The butterfly girls would say hello to her every time. They were always in awe along with everyone else who was in her presence. She was making her way to the back where the demon slayers were training and walked up to a familiar room. The same room where she first met Suyoshi. She didn't think anyone would be in there but she was wrong someone was there. They seemed to be covered with bandages all around their face, possibly temporarily blind. Curiosity got the best of her so she went to meet them. "Good evening, My name is Sae, has anyone come to check on you"? The person laying in the bed didn't seem to be in any pain thankfully, they turned their head towards the gentle sound of Sae's voice, not that they can see what she looks like. " Yeah one of the girls came by and checked my eyes, don't worry about it". He sounded annoyed, it's to be expected, Sae dealt with many injured demon slayers in the past, some were sad most were angry. "Sorry for bothering you... sorry I didn't get your name". He sighed just hoping the girl will leave once he told her his name. " Sanemi Shinazugawa". Sae will remember his name hopefully in the future when he can see, she will introduce herself again. Seeing him like this made her believe he was very strong and determined she admired that. " I have to go do some business, I hope you get well soon Shinazugawa, i'll stop by before I leave". Sae left the room ready to become stronger. Back in the room Sanemi laid there wondering about who that girl was. As annoyed as he was he didn't mind her talking, her voices made him feel peaceful. He kind of hopes she stops by again.

Sae stood at the door looking outside to see that the demon slayers were training with each other. She stood there quietly until Kanae noticed her. "Ahh my dear friend i'm glad your back home finally". She smiled at Sae giving her a hug. "It's good to be back Kanae". Gyomei bowed to Sae but said nothing, wanting her to get familiar with the others. "Ahh long time no see miss Sae, my my don't you just look adorable, but don't worry when im done training you, you'll become just as flashy as me"! Tengen was more excited than ever to train someone. Rengoku came up and bowed. "Miss Sae! I hope you can achieve your tasks as well as gaining a breathing technique, we will not disappoint you"! Everyone was now ready to start the long process of training. Will Sae be able to make Suyoshi proud.

•Out of the demon slayers Gyomie is the only one who treats her like he does with Ubuyashiki. He believes she is to be treated as royalty

•Rengoku can't help but feel a little flustered around Sae. Though he just sees her as a friend to train with, she is still one of the most prettiest girls he's ever seen

•Tengen sees that Sae has some potential, while training he can see a hint of flashiness within her. He begins to think having another wife wouldn't be such a bad idea.

• Sanemi waits oddly patiently for the girl to return to him.
