What's going on with everyone today? Constant nagging, asking if i'm alright. It's getting old and frankly getting on my damn nerves. Especially Shinobu, for a while now everyone's been asking about me, why now all of the sudden? Can't they see i'm completely fine? If anything they are the ones pissing me off. Other than that, it's been a normal week, killed demons, trained, ate, repeat.

I had just returned from meeting with the master, letting him know i'm back from my long journey. He seems better last time I saw him, it was months ago now. Making my way home I couldn't get her out of my head, always seems to happen on my way home, well it was the last time I even saw her. I don't even know why I think back to that day, she made her decision not to tell me the truth.

I realize I can't hate her forever, but it doesn't stop me from being angry. Why am I even this angry in the first place, she can do what she wants. She's an independent woman who takes care of herself. I'll never admit it out loud, she is stronger than me but i'll still protect her. She understands me better than anyone. She's a good friend, nothing more, there can't be more. Why do I keep saying that to myself?

To distract myself I make my way to the training court in my yard, best way I let off steam. Now that I think about it, maybe I was a bit harsh on her, I shouldn't have slammed the door on her, ughh I why do I even bother. I wonder when that brat will come back? I'll apologize but I still deserve some sort of explanation. Why wouldn't she tell me what she's up to? After hours of training, I realized it was sunset, I make my way back in my home, too tired to do anything so I completely skip dinner and head to bed. I don't even bother changing and just lay down eventually falling asleep.

Upon walking up I didn't expect to be summoned by the master along with the other Hashira. I quickly got ready and grabbed an apple on my way out. We all kneeled down preparing for the master to arrive.

"The master will see you all now" The child said as the master was being led by his wife.

"Good morning to you Master" I said before anyone else.

"Good morning, my my what a lovely day it is, the sun feels absolutely perfect. My children i'm glad to see you all made it here today". He speaks softly.

"Of course Master, you look at ease today, must be a good day". Gyomei says.

"Yes and for good reason, I have some news. First, we have a new Hashira joining us, some of you may have met him already or even seen him around the mansion, he is young yet is very skilled, he unfortunately couldn't be here to meet you all, for i've sent him to retrieve someone for me or rather accompany back". The master says before smiling to himself which didn't go completely unnoticed by the Hashira.

"Master, who is this young man and who is he retrieving"? Rengoku asks for us all.

"Hhmm that leads me to my next set of news, the young Muichiro Tokito will be bringing our beloved Sae home from her long mission, i've decided she should be accompanied back with the newest member, I think it would be good for the both of them, they should be here soon".

Everyone was excited and relieved that Sae was coming back but I felt indifferent, I was relieved for sure, just I would have to apologize which i'm not exactly good at. Before I could think anymore on how to even talk to her the master spoke again.

"I ask you all to take your time welcoming Sae back, you see Sae has had an exhausting few years away and she's sent me letters of her whole journey and has had troubles so she's very exhausted so please take it easy, I also ask that you don't ask her about her journey for I have forbade her from speaking of the matter, So with that said I shall return back inside".

I see now, I feel like such an ass for trying to make her tell me what was going on. I guess I really do owe her an apology, i'll have to find sometime to talk to her soon but at the same time give her space, I don't know what she went through but I know she handled it well.

Sae

After arriving home from my mission with Giyuu he had asked me how the new Hashira was. I was utterly confused so he asked.

"Were you not accompanied home by the new Mist Hashira"?

"I have no idea what you're talking about, I walked home all by myself, not complaining but i'm just confused".

"I see, well Matser sent the Mist Hashira to get you so that you will meet and so you wouldn't be alone but I guess something came up that was more important". Giyuu sounded a bit annoyed by the Mist Hashiras actions.

"Well i'm sure we will find out what happened and it's fine really I didn't mind walking back alone".

Giyuu said his farewell as I made my way home, I was able to have time to myself. Genya was out again so I was by myself at last. I missed my home, I missed my plants, my bed, my backyard, everything feels homey.

I'm still lost about the new Hashira, Mist huh? The master did mention him in a letter he sent me while I was away. Mu-quio? or was it Mi-cio? I don't remember. All I know is he's really young to be a Hashira, I guess that means he's pretty strong. I wonder why Master sent him to get me?

I finally was in a comfortable shirt and pants, newly cleaned hair, freshly made food. I was glad to be home at last. After a quiet evening I was able to head to bed, after a few months I will get a good night sleep without meditating. Tomorrow I will talk with Sanemi and hopefully he's not in a bad mood.

Tanjiro

Tanjiro had just finished his mission in the town where young girls went missing. He noticed when Nezuko fights she gets tired which for her to heal and feel better she needs to sleep. On his way to his next mission he meets a weird and loud yellow haired boy.

•Muichiro was supposed to go accompany Sae home but got distracted by some butterflies and completely forgot what he was supposed to do. :/

• Sae did end up sending a letter telling the Master about the demon encounter just in case anything were to happen.

• The Master sent Muichiro because he can't tell in a way they will get along.
