The school granted the students a few days off to relax after a stressful day due to the sports festival.
But Y/N did anything but relax.

"Awe, our little Y/N has a date, how cute" Kanae said, flicking the syringe before injecting the medicine into a heroes Iv.

"With which one? I hope it's not that blonde one, he might bite and he looks like he's carrying rabies" Shinobu questioned with a smile as she stitched up a large cut on another patient.

"It's not a date, he just wanted to spend the day together as acquaintances" Y/N said in embarrassment, sitting in the medical room as she spoke with the sisters.

"How did he ask?"

Y/N blushed a deep shade of red as she remembered what had transpired the night before, when she saw the three guests off.

Shoto had her in a hug for a few minutes, before just saying upfront: "let's spend the day together tomorrow."

"A date!" Kanae declared, the hero she was treating nodding in agreement.

"Do you like him, Y/N?" Shinobu asked, cutting the string with a pair of scissors and wrapping up the stitches with some gauze.

"I- I don't know" the timid girl said. "I don't know, how that's supposed to feel like."

Kanae hummed, turning her chair around to face the girl, her soft smile on her face that immediately put Y/N's nerves at ease. Kanae just had that effect with everyone.

"The feeling is instantaneous. It feels like you have butterflies trapped inside your stomach. Your heart both speeds up or skips a beat, there's no telling which will happen when it comes to him. But either way, both makes it seem like your heart will jump out of your chest. You won't even have to think about it because the feeling is just so strong when it comes to that boy" Kanae said, Y/N looking at the older girl with widened eyes.

"Have you felt that way, Y/N?" Shinobu asked, turning her chair to look at the younger girl as well.

"Yes" Y/N said, looking down at her lap with a blush on her face.
"But, how can I tell if he feels that way about me?"

"You must tell him how you feel!" Kanae declared happily as if it was the easiest thing in the world.

"I can't do that!" Y/N exclaimed in embarrassment, wishing that the doctor would stop exposing her in front of all these wounded heroes in the room.

"Why not?" Shinobu asked with a tilt of her head.

"Because if he doesn't like me back, then there's no way he'll speak to me again."

"But what if he does like you back?"

"I don't know" Y/N said, covering her face with her hands as her mind raced.

"I say you take him a gift, gift giving is a strong love language" Shinobu insisted, Kanae nodding in agreement.

"But what should I take him?"
