Rajeev's POV
Days turned into weeks, and weeks into months, each day a step closer to the moment I had been anticipating. Time seemed to blur as I immersed myself in work, meticulously planning every detail to ensure the downfall of the Scorpion Gang. The day I had promised myself would come—the day I would shake the core of the Scorpion Gang and unveil the traitor within our ranks.
Today was the day. The air around me was thick with anticipation. I walked towards my base, where my people were waiting. A crucial point in our plan was set to begin in a few hours. I had spent countless nights refining our strategy, ensuring every angle was covered and every loophole sealed. The consignment's security had been tightened, and our surveillance had been heightened to catch any signs of the Scorpions' intrusion.
As I walked in, my gang members looked at me with a mix of respect and apprehension. My presence commanded the room, and I could see the flicker of doubt in some of their eyes. They knew what was at stake, and so did I.
"Today, we, the members of the Black Dragon, will make history," I began, my voice steady and authoritative. "We are not just protecting a consignment; we are exposing a betrayal that has plagued us for too long. The Scorpions will come, but they will find nothing but a trap set to catch them."
"All I want from you is to do your jobs perfectly, as I have personally assigned each of you. Rest assured, you can trust me, and I hereby declare that there will not be any bloodshed today." As I completed my speech, I saw the look of determination on their faces, mirroring my own.
As the minutes ticked by, tension hung in the air. Finally, the moment arrived. The screens flickered to life, showing the surveillance feeds around the consignment's location. My heart raced, adrenaline pumping through my veins.
Then, it happened. The Scorpions' team breached the perimeter, their movements swift and calculated. But they had underestimated us. The moment they stepped into the trap, the security systems kicked in, locking them in a web of surveillance and security protocols. As the alarm blared, my men took their positions and executed their roles perfectly, just as I had instructed.
I ordered my men to bring the captives into the dungeon to interrogate them about the location of my previous consignment, how it happened, and who was helping them in all this.
I walked down to the basement, where I had instructed my men to keep the captured Scorpions. As I entered, I saw the fear in their faces, which gave me an immense sense of power and satisfaction. This was because the world was well aware of the ruthless methods of Lucifer. Sitting on my throne, I gestured to my man Roger to begin the special treatments for my special guests.
Roger, along with my other men, started whipping them, plucking their nails out, and hitting them with red-hot iron rods. The whole room was filled with screams of pain and agony, which were music to my ears. After a few minutes of this ruthless punishment, one of the Scorpions screamed, "Mercy, Master! I will tell you everything."
I signalled Roger to stop and approached the captives, uttering just one word: "Start." Like a good dog, one of their members began to divulge the location of my previous consignments. I gestured for my men to retrieve them, ensuring every detail was confirmed before they moved out.
As my men left to recover the stolen goods, I turned my attention back to the trembling Scorpion members. "Now," I said coldly, "Tell me who within my organization has been feeding you information."
The same Scorpion, desperate to avoid further torture, blurted out, "It's Charles Evans. He works in your main branch as an IBA between your company and the Italians."
