Aadish’s POV :
I’m trying my best to convince Anu but as bhai said we don’t deserve forgiveness , but still we are hoping for it , as she is my employee I used to get to see her whole day and also a few chances to talk to her , but today its her last day at office , reuniting after years was best thing for me , but at the end this was something i knew will happen while trying to be friends with her. I cherish every single memory with her , good or bad , happy or gloomy , we were always together. Shes coming to ti hand over her work to my new secretary , she came inside with a blank face , feelingless
“Anu please don’t make so blank and feelingless face its your last day if yoy want to end this lets end it on a happy note , it’s hurting me”
she mocked a smile
“Aren’t you and your brother who are feelingless?”
silence, she broke it saying
“If you have some work tell me or I’ll leave i handed over everything to yiur new secretary ”
“Actually today bhai is going to visit the office and there is some issue with our database servers can you please go and check it?”
“Okay I’ll do that”
saying that she left the room .
Server room :
I was busy checking the database servers and I heard someone coming inside the room , I thought it was someone authorized , but what I saw was more unexpected , it was Dhruv. He came close to me and whispered near my neck
“I am sorry little feather”
“Okay so this was you guys plan to meet me alone here to appologize , I won’t accept it Mr. Dhruv”
I left him alone standing in freezing cold room. I scan my id to open the door , but it wasn’t opening , Dhruv followed me and tried to do so but due to some issue it wasn’t opening.
“step aside”
he said trying to push the door hard which was still stuck.
I was trying to call the guards , but I failed as my phone was dead
“Please call someone , my phone’s battery is dead”
“I left my phone outside , so that no one disturbs us”
“What?? We are stuck here in ice cool server room with no phone??”
I said shivering as I was too cold to even stand on my own , i was there for a ling time befire he came in , I fell down on the floor , Dhruv held me sitting beside me
“Anu! Are you alright?? Since when are you here? You are too cold right now!”
“I am here since more then half an hour , and I can’t withstand too much cold , I can’t breath please call someone fast”
I was barely audible to him.
“take my coat , ill try to contact someone , is there any emergency landline here?”
“its on repairing”
he went toward the door banging on it ,shouting , asking for help
“they can’t hear us , when is the next service check?”
“half an hour later”
“Okay its just half an hour you can do this little feather breathe with me take deep breathes”
he said panicking taking me into his arms on his lap , I was about to fell unconscious
“Anu wake up , anu please don’t sleep please , listen to me please I’m extremely sorry for whatever I did but please don’t leave me like this , I wont be able to survive , your sunshine to make dark world , you want to know why I like you soo much?? It’s because I didn’t started loving you out of loneliness , I was fine in my dark , I loved you because your light made me want to step out from the shadow”
He confessed , crying his heart out wishing only to either live with her or die with her at this moment.
“Lagta hai appko saccha pyaar hogaya muzhse Mr. Dhruv Rathod”
I said with a chuckle and a stream of tears, making me feel warmed up
“Make me cry it’s warming me up”
“Okay , let me think of something ,I told you right I am an orphan , let me tell you about my past , I lived in an orphanage same like your’s , there was a girls I loved a lot with my whole heart , I don’t remember her name but I remember we used to call each other with nicknames , she never ate without me , we were so in love with each other we promised to get married when we grow up”
“wow that great you just confessed to me and now you are talking about your first love , reason why you were single so long”
I giggled with tears so did he and continued
“It was a fine day we were playing on the road and I said her not to run , but she was too stubborn to listen , just like you , there was a car at a high speed on the road which hit her and she died in hospital my caretaker told me , I couldn’t think for a moment cause she was the only person as my family after that , later I got to know the car which hit her was of mafia , so I decided to join mafia to take revenge for my muffin’s death”
he said with tears flowing like river , but all I could hear was name ‘Muffin’ as a whispered escaped my mouth ‘coco’ and all the puzzle was solved.
“I didn’t died that day , caretaker said that you were adopted soo you were told that I died , cause otherwise you wouldn’t have went with your new family , I tried to find you for many years but I got so busy with orphanage stuff , it skipped my mind”
and we were a crying mess for next 10 minutes , new aquintence turned into old ones , new stories started with old memorises , broken hearts were molded into one , once again
“Muffin you used to love watching bollywood movies soo , kar dena choti moti galtiyon ko maaf itna bas tu ahesan kar de , please forgive me little feather I promise to do whatever you say”
he said with tear , puffy red eyes , happiness , and soo many more emotions.
“Pakka wala promise”
I asked forwarding my pinky finger to seal the promise , as he did sealed it , we heard the door opening , he carried me in bridal style , outside calling the ambulance , things were blurry for me but still I could hear
“Step aside , make sure she’s all well , she’s queen of Rathod’s , my WIFE”

Dhruv didnt realized it was same orphanage because he only remembered dadi who was out of town. Rest stiry in next part!!
