Whispered promises of love

12 - Stary night..

It's night time now , the roads are empty , it’s a rural area , Anu was sleepy but didn’t wanted to sleep as she was afraid that looking at here sleepy figure Dhruv might feel sleepy too as Aadya was already asleep, so she decided to listen the music to stay awake , her Playlist was on shuffle, soo heeriye started playing. Cold breeze , beautiful love song with earphones is probably the most peaceful and soothing moment. But the most soothing thing was someone adoring their love , trying their best to not let them know about it. "She's beautiful" is all he could probably think at this moment, her hair strands were following beats of breeze soo he put them behind her ears to adore her face without any distraction but this unknowingly made her flinch , a layer of awkwardness flourish,  making both of them blush.

Nihu and Aadi were quite ahead of them.
"Shall we take a break Buttercup"
"Naah it's okay Adi but if you are tired we can stop , anyways we are quite ahead of them"
"Well honestly I'm not tired,  I am loving this , driving on empty roads , holding your hands , I am having time of my life"
he said with a smile.
"You know what Adi , my life has been quite difficult since childhood,  my parents died in a car accident on my birthday, and my grandparents left me at this orphanage,  but then Anu was always there for me , being my sister,  my mother somtimes also my elder brother to protect me from bullies" she laughed with tears in her eyes continuing
" but now you are in my life, Giving me all the things I've ever wanted and longed for , you gave me love , you priotized me over everything,  your funny jokes or little fights with anu I love it all I love who you are and how happy you make me , I love you"
He pulled the breaks without a word.. they both sat there in car , peaceful silence
"Niharika you made me realized that even I can make someone happy" before she could react , he pressed his lips against her's....
No hunger,  no lust , just some pure emotions of love and passion. Some care , some adoration,  two pure souls tangled into a passionate kiss sealing their bond of love with a red thread under the stary night.
He pulled away , breathing heavily "Dandelion I promise you I'll keep you happy always and it's always YOU first , before everything,  even before myself "
With tears streaming down her eyes , she embraced him like he is all she had and he held her like she is all he ever wanted to live..

Anamika’s POV :

Suddenly the car started to make some weird noises ,
"What the hell is wrong?"
Aadya asked in annoyance waking up from her sleep
"Behave your language Aadya,  I'm trying to figure it out"
"Shut up , even you curse!"
"Who are you to shut me u..."
"Enough guys!! Will you stop it and let's figure out where this noic is coming...."
The care stopped out of the blues.. making all three of them stare at each other.
"Dhruv can you please check it, we are in the middle of nowhere,  surrounded by forest"
anu asked trying to hide her scary self.
“Let me check”
he said getting out of car trying to fix the issue while rubbing his temple. He opened the bonnet , which was de*d hot , which burned his finger while he shouted.  Anu and Aadya ran out of car at his voice
"What happened Dhruv?" Anu asked worriedly
"I burned my finger, the bonnet is too heated up"
"Ohh shit , take this ointment"
Aadya gave him an ointment from her bag.
“the car is not getting started and I called Aadi but they are way to ahead of us soo I guess we need to take the train as there is a railway station nearby , we can walk upto there”
“Okay let’s go”
Anu said, three of them started walking
“Dhruv I can’t walk anymore I’m so tired”
Aadya whined trying to be adorable
“then you can go back to car alone”
Dhruv said in anger and tiredness
"That was harsh..you could've said liniently"
"A stupid statement should be answered with sarcasm"
This was followed by silence.
"Ouch"
"What happened anu?" Dhruv as panicking cause she was holding her leg.
"I guess I borke my heels"
"Okay take these" he said giving her his shoes, while he held her heels , walking up till the railway station with bare feet only wearing socks.
While someone was too fumed by this act of Dhruv , planning onto their next move..
