At Blue Base, Tex had just got done telling them a story.
Tucker: Well Tex, that was a great story. I especially liked the part about Church getting pants'd in high school.
Rick: My favorite part was when he confessed his love to Tex. (laughs a bit)
Church: (cut to ghost Church standing next to Tucker) I found that part to be entirely out of context.
Tucker: (cut back to Tucker) But I still don't get how we're supposed to stop the AI.
Rick: (sigh) Shit... Okay, look, Tex's A.I. has the ability to be transferred to other A.I. slots through our helmets' radios. If we can just make sure that O'Malley has nowhere to escape to, you should be able to kill it for good.
Tex: (surprised) That's... actually right. You've been doing your research, Zone.
Church: Okay, there's something weird here between you two. Before you died, you called him 'John' and now you're calling him Zone?
Tex: (looks at Rick) You haven't told them?
Rick: No, I haven't, and I wasn't exactly planning on it either.
Church: What the hell are you two talking about?
Tex: Well? You may as well tell them.
Rick: You guys remember how you thought it was weird that I knew Tex?
Tucker: Yeah... What's that got to do with anything?
Rick: Well, the reason I knew Tex is because... because I'm a Freelancer.
Church & Tucker: WHAT?!
Rick: Look, I didn't think it was such a big deal.
Church: NOT A BIG DEAL?! FOR ALL I KNOW YOU COULD'VE BEEN THERE AT SIDEWINDER!
Rick: Well, I wasn't. Look, we don't have time for this. We can talk about all of this AFTER we deal with O'Malley.
Tex: Right. Let's just get this done.
Church: Fine... And then I can have my body back. Deal?
Tex: Deal.
Church: Alright. Tex and I will possess Caboose then. Tucker, Rick, we need you to work on the Reds. Get 'em to turn off their helmet radios so that O'Malley won't have anywhere to go once we get him out of there.
Tex: Right.
Tucker: What?! How the hell am I gonna do that?
Church: I don't know. Come up with a plan.
Tucker: Come on, you know how I feel about plans.
Tex: You're not gonna have much time once we get in there, so move fast.
Tucker: Oh, I see. You have no idea what I should do or how I should do it, but whatever I do I should do it fast?
Church: Yeah, that's right.
Tex: Yep.
Tucker: Wow, you guys are a lot of help.
Church: Try shifting your paradigm. Think outside the box.
Tucker: Hey, the box is there for a reason. I like thinking inside of it. I feel safe in there.
Rick: Don't you worry about a thing, Tucker. I've got an idea.
