Chapter 19 - Marry Me

After seeing Aryan in front of her eyes, Aashi still couldn't convince herself that Aryan is standing in front of her eyes,she started sobbing but still manages to ulter some words.

"Aryan!! Is that really you or Am I hallucinating?" Aashi said while sobbing. "No!! You're not hallucinating, it's me it's really me, your Aryan, in front of your eyes" Aryan said while cupping her little face with his big palms and with teary eyes.

"And why're crying Baby!! Did I made you cry, I'm sorry!! Please forgive your Aaru" Aryan said holding his both ears with his hand while making a apologetic face.

After listening this statement Aashi let a chuckle out. Aashi grabbed Aryan's collar and pulled him towards her at her level and showered his face with little kisses and Aryan just closed his eyes with a smile, feeling every moment of it, like he can finally breathe in peace. At last when Aashi stopped, "that's it?" Aryan said in amusement "it ended way too fast" he said while making a pout and receiving a smack on his chest from Aashi. Aryan held her face gently like she's the most fragile in the world and kissed her on forehead.

On the other end, Veer's heart broke into million pieces seeing this scene in front of him. He felt as if someone had torn his heart out and crushed it. Vikram noticed all this, determined to know the whole scenario he called Aashi.

"Aashi!! Who is he, won't you introduce him to us?" Vikram said while crossing his fingers and hoping for some miracle that whatever he's thinking, don't let it be true.

Aashi came back to her senses and looked here and there and realized that they are not alone and where they are standing now. Everyone standing there was giving them aww cute couple look. Feeling embarrassed she covered her face with her hands but then gathered some courage and walked towards them.

"Mr. Maheshwari, Vikram sir, I didn't realize that you were also here" she said shyly. "He's Aryan, the love of my life, my boyfriend"

"And soon to be her husband" Aryan said in between. Aashi looked at him and hit him with her elbow. On hearing this, Veer automatically stepped back. He was looking at Aashi with shocked expression, but wasn't able to say anything, it was like that, words got stuck in his throat.

"Aryan!! He is Vikram sir...my senior, and he's Mr. Maheshwari... My boss and the CEO of Maheshwari Enterprises" Aashi introduced them both to Aryan. "Hii! I'm Aryan" Aryan forwarded his hand towards Veer for handshake.

Veer accepted his gratitude, he also handshake with Aryan but didn't alter a word. After that Aryan handshakes with Vikram. Vikram looked at Veer's direction and he knew that Veer wanted to ask a lot questions but didn't have courage.

"You...never...told us.... about you boyfriend, Aashi" he asked hesitantly. "Well!! This topic never come, I guess" Aashi replied, giving them the awkward smile. Then suddenly Mahi come in reception area out of nowhere. 

"Oh my god, so he's the infamous Aryan" Mahi said smirking at Aashi while hitting her with elbow. Aashi nodded her head in yes shyly. "Hii, I'm Mahi, Aashi's best friend" Mahi handshakes with Aryan.

"Should I tell Richa that you're replacing her with someone else" he whispered in Aashi's ear teasingly. Aashi smacked his shoulders and said "Shut up Aryan, I didn't replaced anyone, they both know about each other". On the other end Vikram was shocked knowing that Mahi already know about Aryan. "You know him Mahi?" Vikram asked in surprise. "Yes, Aashi told me earlier" Mahi replied.

"Mr. Maheshwari" Aashi said gaining Veer's attention "I have met him after months, so if you don't mind, can I take my rest of day off" Aashi asked hesitantly.

Veer just nodded his head in yes while smiling but his eyes were showing different emotions, Aryan could sense the tension in the air. Aashi held Aryan's hand and turned towards exit, but before leaving, Aryan took a last glance at Veer, who was on the verge of breaking down, he was holding his tears back with painful smile.
