Shoaib's pov
On the way to Ahmad Villa, my mind is running a marathon.
I bet my life that Abraham Bhai's bouncer will never let me enter his dungeon.
Shit, no outsider is allowed there.
But the hope and happiness in her eyes are melting my heart.
She is sitting in a white Afghani shalwar suit with her hair securely hidden underneath her embroidered dupatta.
Crossing the Bashphors bridge, her eyes are glued to the water as if she is feeling peace. Of course, her eyes are like the ocean, ocean-blue eyes with porcelain skin.
The weird thing is I somehow feel content seeing her in a body-covering dress.
The white dress easily blends with her porcelain skin, but the black embroidery acts as a barrier.
Stop drooling over her and find a way to not reach the villa, my mind mock me.
I frustratingly punch the horn.
But to my bad luck, she looks at me with fear in her eyes.
Her perfectly natural outlined lips scrunch and her eyes blink. Why her every features resembles to her bastard brother?
Shoaib, for God's sake, nobody asks you about her beauty. Just focus on driving.
We reached there. Argh, this tight security sucks.
A bald man with a rifle in hand and a black suit comes near my car.
"What do you need?" he asked, looking at me as I opened the window to let him know what I want.
But my veins pop in my neck seeing his gaze on Taniya. I know it's his job, and Abraham Bhai's men never look at women inappropriately, but I don't know why his scrutinizing gaze on Taniya is burning my blood.
"I'm sorry, Bibi," he said, and the door opened immediately with his signal to open it.
Confusion is clearly showing in her eyes, but she chooses to remain silent.
What? Seriously? I know I rarely come here, but still, he should recognize me. But no, this bald monkey allows her in.
My knuckles turn white from the force I'm gripping the steering wheel with.
Parking the car on the porch, we both step out.
She stands looking at the marvelous white castle with bodyguards everywhere in black suits with guns and rifles.
I clear my throat to get her attention.
"Shall we?" I ask, gesturing towards the entrance.
"Hm...." she hummed, looking at me.
As soon as we reach the large living area, my eyes fall on my niece sitting in a sour mood.
"Chachu..." she said, getting up from the sofa.
I cage her in my embrace.
Ah, only I know how much they both mean to us and how much pain and agony Anam and Dishaan Bhai went through while they were inside her womb.
Dilan and Afshaan are the reason why everyone, especially Ammi and Khirat Mama, forgave him for his sins.
"Why is my baby upset?" I ask as she leans back.
"Chachu... I am upset for Rubab Phupho," she said, looking at Taniya. But why does she not seem shocked seeing Taniya?
She went to Taniya and hugged her.
