We all sat down at a small, rectangular table on the patio. The view was so pretty and we were overlooking the city of L.A.

I took a seat on the left side of Bronny. Across from me sat Savannah and LeBron. Bryce sat on the left side of me while Zhuri sat on the right side of Bronny.

One of the servers came out with some steak, mashed potatoes, and some baked Mac and cheese. My pregnancy cravings were skyrocketing. Everything looked so freaking good!

We all sat in silence for a bit to enjoy the food. We exchanged a few words here and there but nothing serious. After about 10 minutes of eating, Savannah broke the silence.

"So, Sophia!" Savannah began. "Tell us a little bit about yourself. Where did you grow up?"

I shifted slightly in my chair, feeling the eyes of the whole family on me.

"I grew up in a small town outside of Los Angeles." I replied with a soft smile. "It's a pretty quiet place, but I loved it."

Savannah nodded, clearly interested. "That sounds lovely! We're from Akron, Ohio but of course, we moved out here a couple years back."

She took a sip of her water. "And what brought you to the city?"

"I'm studying Political Science at USC." I explained.

"USC! Is that where you and Bronny met?"

"Yes!" I giggled. Bronny laughed too knowing damn well that I was lying.

LeBron, who had been a bit silent listening, leaned forward slightly. "That's impressive, Sophia. What do you plan to do with your degree?"

I felt a small surge of confidence. I loved when people asked me this question. "I'm hoping to go to law school and become an attorney. I want to work with people and help them navigate through their challenges. I'm currently interning at a law firm right now for the summer!"

Bronny couldn't help but smile proudly as I spoke.

Savannah's expression softened. "That's wonderful, Sophia! How do you manage to juggle everything—your studies, interning, and your personal life?"

I glanced over at Bronny before answering. "It's not easy but I'm super lucky to have such an amazing support system—my parents, my best friend, and Bronny, of course. He's been amazing."

Savannah's gaze flicked to Bronny, who beamed at the praise, then back to me with a smile. "That sounds amazing. We're glad to hear that our Bronny has been supportive of you!"
