[Bill POV]:
"Hey if you wanted to hear me talk more you should just go ahead and read my book!
Then again, standing here for all eternity staring at you would get annoying. Well I'm sure my book will find a way to you one day, but let's try a little small talk to pass the time anyway.
The name's Bill Cipher, and I already know how you are, little flesh computer. You're one very curious, in way over their heads, kind of stalker or something aren't you."
The Henchmaniacs stare at their boss in confusion as he talks to some kind of 4th wall. Kyrptos and Pyronica striking up the attention to it in conversation
"Uhhh, who is he talking to?" The grey tile mutters as he looks a little jarringly at his boss. The pink demon girl Infront of him just shrugs.
The Henchmaniacs start to get rowdy and argue about when they're going to leave the nightmare realm like Bill promised, distracting Bill from his ominous monologue
"Hey will you freaks calm down, I'm in the middle of something here!" One of his fellow demon henchmen, a dark grey-green monster pulls a pacifier from its stomach mouth as a deep voice burns with anger and the audacity to question Bill's leadership
"In the middle of something? What you SHOULD be in the middle of is getting us to that other dimension you talked about! Unless you're just lying" Pacifier grumbledBill shifts his focus {changing to 3rd person-ish btw}
His eyes burn with rage; "are you really Questioning ME?" The triangle grows in size and sets the room off in an iconic blue flame. His Henchmaniacs start squabbling and trying to take things back. He burns the room a bit, so much that they start to believe he would really kill them just like that, and he would, but after a few minutes of screaming their fear relaxed him. The flames went away soon after.
Bill snapped his fingers and the room didn't even look damaged anymore. "I do have a plan, freaks. There's a spot in the Earth dimension where weirdness flies slightly under the radar. That town is a perfect start and I'm observing a vessel who just might be dumb enough to invite us in. Its a sleepy town in Oregon so dumb they would be powerless to end the weirdness we cause!" Bill cheers. Some of his Henchmaniacs believe it's pretty solid, but there's always going to be one skeptical person. "What if he doesn't build our portal?" A Henchmaniac ask. Bill's eye twitches. "He WILL" his voice gleams in a demonic pitch in sight of his anger as he glows red. His Henchmaniacs, not wanting to risk being burned alive again, decide it's best to just be silent and leave Bill to his work.Meanwhile the triangle watched over a man he found particularly interesting among the people in Gravity Falls, Oregon. The man was fair skinned, above average height, he looked maybe in his early-to-mid twenties. He was a brunette with black square glasses, and a rare extra finger on each hand. The sixer (a word Bill assumed to had made-up for him) was different from the townfolk though. He CHOSE this sleepy town. He moved here with some collage money, his six fingers, and a friend from community college. Unlike the oblivious yet quirky townsfolk, Sixer would pick up on the abnormalities of the town. Gnomes, magic body-altering crystals, squash shaped and faced like a human head, ECT. At first he thought maybe he just imagined gnomes routing through his trash and scampering after squirrels in the woods, but the more he began to wonder about it, the more he drew in. He even began recording all the strange events of Gravity Falls. Bill really adored this, one: he thought it was kind of nerdy which proved sixer a little more naive, and two: he could use this. If he could draw sixer's attention in with false promises, he could make sixer open the portal to the Earth dimension. Plus he would love to inhabit a body and torture a human, to a demon like him they're pretty inferior. If destroying the second dimension taught Bill anything, pain = fun. ESPECIALLY human pain.
Bill decided he'd watched a few weeks of sixer already and it was time to go all in. Sixer was even dumb enough to read the dangerous incantations for Bill's summon after finding them hidden away on a cave wall! All he had to do now was enter his dreams. He know Sixer's looking for answers on why weirdness is drawn to Gravity Falls, and even if Bill doesn't really know he could fake it too. If he does know he would never really tell him. Now it's set in motion.
By the next morning he watched Sixer walk into the woods with his journal and make some drawings and entries. He sat against one of the trees and with the warm glow of the sun and gentle breeze it was enough to make him a bit groggy. The Forrest went still, as if all surrounding sounds turned quiet for him into a low whisper, even the chirping birds were muffled. Sixer fell asleep, and while Bill had his chance he creamed a mindscape room for them to meet. A blue hue, stairs made of books, a tile floor with some chairs. As Sixer walked up to the floor curiously, Bill began to make himself visible to him. "Hey there smart guy!" He started Sixer. "Woah, don't have a heart attack, you're not ninety two yet!" The triangle beams. "What.. who.. are you?" He ask curiously. "The name's Bill, and you're Stanford Pines, the man who changed the world, but I'm getting ahead of ourselves- let's relax, care for a game of interdimensional chess?" The triangle snaps and a wood legged velvet chair appears from thin air along with an ominous chess board. "Make yourself comfortable, have a cup of tea" and a tea kettle with an eye on it along with a matching cup appear. Stanford shrugged and took a drink of it. "I'm amused by you, Fordsy, I think we could be a powerful team. I only chose one lucky wise guy a century to inspire, and I've even been watching you. You're having some trouble with your research, yes?" The triangle suggest as it makes a move on the chessboard. Ford shrugs and also makes a move on the chessboard, "I guess I have been having some trouble. The town of Gravity Falls is the strangest place I've ever been, but no matter what I've studied I can't figure out what's causing that. Its like some sort of weirdness magnetism.." Ford explains. "Oh well I know lots of things! I don't suppose you have any sort of research assistant, do you?" The cunning triangle suggest. "I suppose I don't exactly. I guess there's Fiddleford but I need all the help I can get I suppose" Ford concluded, feeling a sense of security. "So, how could I repay you?" Ford adds. "Its simple, all you have to do is let me in and out of your mind, and I'll help get you those research answers lickety split" The triangle's charisma blinds his victim. Bill was now confident he had Ford, he'd start talking about the portal right now and here but he didn't want to risk making it too easy for Ford. He wanted to have fun with it first.
"So it's a deal?" Ford ask. "Just let me into your mind Stanford!" Bill reached out his hand as a blue flame kindled around it. "Please, call me a Friend" Ford smiled excitedly and shook Bill's hand, the flame indicating their deal was now magically bound. The flames shriveled up and Ford began to wake. He grabbed his journal, Ink and quill, excitedly running back to his house to tell Fiddleford about his new breakthrough.
