Mia and Bunny Boo

"Mia, what are you and Bunny Boo doing today?" I ask, referring to her beloved stuffed bunny that she carries around with her everywhere she goes.

"We playing family, Mommy," Mia responds, her tiny voice filled with delight. "I Bunny Boo's wifey and we have babbies."

I can't help but laugh at her imagination and the sassy way she carries herself around the mansion. It's hard to believe that just a few short years ago, it was just Adrien and I, blissfully unaware of the adventures that lay ahead.

Speaking of Adrien, he walks into the room just in time to hear Mia's proclamation. "Oh, is that right?" he says, playing along. "Well, hello there, Mrs. Bunny Boo. You're looking lovely today."

Mia giggles and runs over to him, holding out her arms to be picked up. "Daddy, pick me up!" she exclaims.

Adrien scoops her up and twirls her around, causing her to squeal with delight. It's moments like these that make me realize how lucky we are to have each other.

As the evening wears on and the kids are fast asleep, Adrien and I cuddle up on the couch, sipping wine and munching on popcorn. We spend hours talking and catching up on our day, relishing in the peace and quiet of the night.

"Mia is just getting so big," I say to Adrien, staring at a photo of her on my phone. 

Adrien wraps his arm around me and pulls me closer. "I know," he says. "It's hard to believe how much our lives have changed in such a short amount of time. But I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world."

I lean my head on his shoulder and sigh contentedly. "Me neither," I reply. "Being a mom and a wife is the best thing that's ever happened to me."

As we continue to talk and laugh, I can't help but feel grateful for the love and happiness that fills our home. With Adrien by my side and our three beautiful children, I know that we have a bright and happy future ahead of us.
