I'm sitting on the couch in our luxurious living room, trying to get comfortable as another mild contraction rolls through my body. I've been having what I think are Braxton Hicks contractions all day, but these ones feel a little different. I dismiss it as nothing and continue to focus on the photo shoot pictures of Adrien scattered across the coffee table.
Suddenly, I feel a gush of warm fluid down my legs. I jump up from the couch, clutching my phone tightly in my hand. My water just broke, and I'm going into labor. I quickly dial Adrien's number, my heart racing with anxiety and excitement.
"Adrien, my water just broke. I need you to come home right now," I say, my voice shaking slightly.
"I'll be there as soon as I can, love. Hang in there," he responds, and I can hear the urgency in his voice.
I take a deep breath and try to remain calm as I wait for him to arrive. I know that labor can take hours, and I want to conserve my energy for what's to come.
Finally, Adrien bursts through the front door, looking worried but determined. He rushes over to me and wraps his arms around me, and I can feel the tension in his body.
"Are you okay? How are you feeling?" he asks, his eyes scanning my face for any signs of distress.
"I'm okay. Let's get to the hospital," I say, trying to put on a brave face.
As we make our way to the hospital, the paparazzi swarms us, flashing their cameras and shouting questions. It's overwhelming, but Adrien does his best to shield me from the chaos.
Once we arrive at the hospital, I'm taken to a private suite, thanks to Adrien's parents. I'm grateful for the space and privacy as I begin the long process of labor.
My parents, sister Avery, and best friend Gemma all come to visit, but they don't stay for long. They leave one by one, until it's just Adrien and me. Our parents come back every few hours, but for the most part, we're left alone.
My mom is incredibly supportive, offering words of encouragement and holding my hand during the more intense contractions. Adrien is by my side the entire time, never leaving my side.
After 13 long hours, I finally give birth to a beautiful baby girl. She has blond hair and green eyes, just like her father. We name her Mia.
As I hold her in my arms for the first time, I'm overwhelmed with emotion. I'm a mother. I'm a wife. I'm 18 years old, and I have a family of my own.
Adrien looks at me with tears in his eyes, and I can see the love and pride written all over his face. We're in this together, and I know that we can handle anything that comes our way.
Labor was tough, but holding our daughter in my arms makes it all worth it. I can't wait to see what the future holds for us.
