CHAPTER 15: THE TAKAMI FAMILY IS HEADING BACK TO SUMMER COVE

When the three of us enjoyed our time here in Blue Bay Harbor, it was now time to head back to Summer Cove. Once we finished packing, the three of us were walking along the beach as I went up ahead a little of mommy and daddy. "I had a great time here but I miss gramps" I said as I went back to them when daddy picked me up. "Yeah. The three of us are gonna leave soon and hopefully we will miss traffic on the way back" daddy said. "Yeah, my dad probably misses you too little chick" mommy said.

After spending time on the beach, the three of us were in the car as all of us were heading back to Summer Cove. The three of us were driving past aunt Kenzie's store when we saw uncle Hunter and Skylar outside. Mommy honked the car horn to get their attention as the two of them looked at us.

"Hi Skylar, uncle Hunter" I said as I waved a little. "Hi Rose" Skylar said. "How was your week?" uncle Hunter asked. "It was really great" mommy said. "I had a great time" I said. "Do you want to give them your gifts little chick" daddy said. "Yeah. I'm sorry that I almost hurt you Skylar" I said as I handed Skylar the gifts. "It's ok, it was an accident" she said as Skylar got the gifts from me. "You're leaving, aren't you?" uncle Hunter said. "Yeah" mommy said. "We need to leave before traffic will get packed" daddy said. "See you soon!" I said as mommy started to drive away from the store. "See you soon!" the two of them said as they were waving at the three of us.

After a while, the three of us arrived in Summer Cove. On the way home, I noticed Rose fell asleep. Once the three of us got to our house,  we got out of the car and started to get our stuff from the boot of the car as Kanan got Rose before we were heading inside so that she can take the little chick to bed before the two of us have our dinner.

After Kanan took Rose to bed, she came down and sat down at the table as I was cooking some dinner for the two of us. "Rose is sleeping comfortably in her bed" Kanan said. "That's good to hear songbird" I said. Suddenly, the door opened as somebody came into the house. "Who's that at the door?" I asked. "I'll go check" Kanan said as she went to check. 

"Look who I found Keigo" Kanan said as she came into the kitchen with her dad. "Hey Brain" I said as I looked over my shoulder. "Hey Keigo. How was the trip?" Brian said. "It was really good, Rose had lots of fun" Kanan said. "That's good to hear" Brian said. The two of us were telling him on what the three of us did while we were there before the three of us went to bed.
