Hanako uses he/they but Hanako is fine with someone using only he/him for them or only they/them.
Hanako doesn't use she/her not because of gender reason but because someone only used it for them when they came out as nonbinary because this person assume nonbinary was girl lite or assume Hanako was a transwoman because they didn't understand what nonbinary actually was.
