Alessandro's pov:
4 years pass since he left Italy
I've been here for seven fucking months now
In Australia
My PI tracked down Bianca's location after she disappeared from Italy in the dead of night years ago
I left everything to come win her back but I took time to do some business while giving her the time and space she said she needed
I made a terrible mistake but I'll do anything to fix it
I just need to find her first
I've searched for her everywhere
A person on my team voiced out their suspicions that they believe she works in this café
Which explains why I've been sitting in this café for 5 hours now silently hoping I find her walking through the doors soon
I'd wait a lifetime for her
I was brought out of my thoughts when the bell above the small local café dinged
At this point I had lost any hope of seeing her and had lifted my head a thousand times at the sound of the bell but when I saw her green eyes frantically searching the place I almost cried in relief
Just looking at her was enough to bring my soul back and remind me that I have a heart
I was too busy staring at her figure to notice anything else, I was sitting in the corner so it was hard to see me
Her new look left me mesmerized
Her new above the shoulder hair length with blonde highlights
her tan skin and red cheeks
Her now fuller and healthier figure
My Bianca looked so well
"God Madison I'm so sorry! I'm not too late, Am I? did Carter notice?"
I heard her say in a low voice that no one would notice unless they were focused on them, to her coworker as she went behind the counter and reached for her apron
"No he's been in meetings all day thank god" her friend whispered
"My asshole landlord made a scene this morning I had to figure something out to give him his shitty money before he throws me out of the house"
"I'm so sorry B you know I would love to offer you my place but my brother..." Madison looked down at the drink she was making
"No no you've done more than enough already I just sold a couple of jewelry pieces and gave him the money so he can let me go" Bianca sighed
I clenched my fists tightly
She left me so she can suffer?
I just need to find out where she's living and I'll give that landlord a year's worth of money and a lesson for messing with my lover
"this is for table 6" Madison gave Bianca a drink
I smirked as I knew where this was going
"Here you go sir" she looked up as she placed my drink down
Her eyes widened as she covered her mouth in shock
"Hello Amore" I tipped my head up
"What are you doing here?" she whispered her eyes not leaving mine
"I was searching for a certain someone who left without saying goodbye"
"it's been years Alessandro" she looked around
"you said you needed time and I gave it to you but I believe it's time you come back where you belong"
"This IS where I belong now"
"you belong with me" I glared
"I changed Alessandro and I don't want you anymore" she shook her head slowly
"You're lying" I say darkly
"I'm sorry Alessandro but you don't have a place in my life anymore" she says softly as she turns and goes back to the counter, my eyes not leaving her, scared that if I blink she'll disappear again
She's lying
She said she needs time
And I gave her more than enough
But my patience has run out
So time's up princess
and I'm here to claim my prize
