Later that same day...

The girls headed home, showered, and dressed in formal wear, and headed back to the Park's library where their meeting was being held on via-zoom with the board members and the head manager.

Coach Abby was present, along with Coach Mica since they were the team's new coaches.

Tobin and Coach Jill were also there, as witnesses.

Coach Jill showed the reports to the head manager that she made while filing suspicions about actions caused by Coach Sloan.

"If you guys checked the report that I gave you, it clearly shows one of the cases in which a player named Maire Hernandez was injured while using a dumbbell that slipped out of her grip." said Coach Jill, while continuing. "According to the report's evidence, the dumbbells that Maire was using were covered with oil, even though it was somewhat whipped off, there was still some left enough to cause an accident. Even after Hernandez admitted her injury to Coach Sloan, Coach Sloan didn't care about it and forced Hernandez to play either way."

The head manager later turns to Tobin.

"And what about you? Did you also see how Coach Sloan was abusing the players?" said the head manager, questioning her.

"Yes, I did." said Tobin, continuing with the conversation. "I saw how Coach Sloan would force the girls practice on rainy days with thunder and lightning. The girls were drenching as they walked in, and hardly had any day's off."

Once hearing the girls testified one by one, the board members asked the team, Coach Abby, and Coach Mica, along with Coach Jill and Tobin to take a break, asking them to leave the meeting room so that they can decide on an opinion.

The team, Coach Abby, and Coach Mica, along with Coach Jill and Tobin leave the room.

Meanwhile in the hallway...

"Look at you, you're dressing differently today." said Zenni, teasing Maire. "You're literally the only one in the team who isn't wearing a dress."

Zenni snorts.

"Well actually I'm not a big fan of wearing dresses or skirts." said Maire, as she admits. "I'm more of a formal wear type of person. You know, the uniform type."

"Sure, right." said Zenni

"I'm serious, I like wearing uniforms." said Maire

Brooke, knowing that Zenni wasn't kidding around, decided to say something.

"Well duh hon, this isn't Prom or homecoming. She doesn't have to wear a dress if she doesn't want to. Who are you to judge her? The fashion police or something? If not then shush!" said Brooke, sarcastically. "At least she's wearing something formal, unlike you wearing nothing but a tank top, and mini skirt! Good thing North had to let you borrow her dress coat, or else you'll be kicked out for being a too-show!"

The girls oohed at Zenni while others laughed, knowing that Brooke just roasted her in front of everyone. Brooke high fives Maire, along with Nora, Clara, Khole, and Brynn.

Zenni was red as a tomato, not knowing what to say back she just started to walk towards where Ramona, Maya, June, Ellery, and North were standing.

Seeing that Zenni was walking towards them, Ramona snickered

"She got you good." said Ramona

"Shut-up!" said Zenni, who was angry at Ramona for not standing up to her.

Once the manager invited everyone in, everyone stood up from their seats like in a regular court hearing. The head manager reads the board's decision and shares it with everyone in the room.

"After hearing you girls and seeing the evidence and reports, we have finally come to a final decision." said the head manager of the program, while reading the report loudly. "And our final decision is... We're removing the U-20 girls WNT from this team, and replacing them with other new and upcoming players. Due to the parents of the players and legal guardians suing the program since we were the ones responsible for letting in Coach Sloan into the U-20 WNT without giving her a full background check."

"WHAT?!" yelled the girls, as the head manager raised an arm up.

"Let me finish." said the head manager of the program, before continuing. "We also have decided that you girls would still continue to play soccer, but not for the U.S National Team."
