A/N: Hello! Thank you guys so much for being patient, I know I haven't posted in a while, I'm going to post an update soon but don't worry the book is not ending. This request is from @DollIsTheBest Lizzy x Doll, this is part one of two. I hope it was worth the wait, and please enjoy the fic!
It wasn't supposed to happen, not like this anyway. Doll had attempted to kill V at prom given Lizzy's help, but it ended in a betrayal, not even killing the female murder drone that she despised in the process seemed to be a possibility anymore. She was completely alone.
Whatever...not like V will live long enough for me to find the keybug...now, where were those labs?
Doll moved to her next motives to finding the keybug, what she didn't expect, was Uzi to beat her to it. While entering the first cabin, she looked around to find the creepy abandoned place. It made the red worker a little sad in a way, she wondered what her mother, Yeva, was like here all those years ago when her and Uzi's mother Nori were found.
I miss you mom...
Suddenly, she heard someone trying to open the barricaded door, looking over, she saw a certain angsty drone with a purple light peeking through. Doll groaned in frustration at Uzi's antics but nonetheless hid in a certain corner behind a few boards of wood. Uzi looked around at specific things such as calendars, old uniforms, even a damn encounter with V while they were babysitting their other classmates. It made Doll mad to see how everything was somewhat normal without her. She saw Lizzy outside on her phone, occasionally talking with Thad and the said female murder drone. It made Doll's core hurt to see such a sight, but in the end, Lizzy betrayed her at the prom when telling V to move, and to Doll, it was like a heartbreak in the process, given the fact that she had a crush on the blonde worker.
CRACK!
The red worker heard a piece of wood that Uzi lifted with her solver, and there it crawled out, the thing she was so hardly looking for, the damn keybug. And now Uzi had it.
Shit.
The purple worker left the cabin and Doll looked out the window to find their class gone, seeming to have moved on to the next activity. She almost wanted to cry.
She keeps taking everything! Damnit! Give me an out here come on!
Meanwhile, Lizzy had mixed feelings about the whole situation. She told V to run at prom, but was mad at Doll. She originally wanted to confess her feelings to the red worker before prom, but Doll was so caught up in her plan to have the purple freak tag along with them she wasn't given the chance. She just wanted Doll to listen to her.
It seemed like miscommunication on both parts.
In the corner of the blonde workers optics, she thought she had seen a small red light emit from the cabin as Uzi left.
"Yo, Lizzy you coming?" V asked her, coming up from behind.
"Uh, yeah in a minute. I need to check something." She replied, distracted.
"'Kay, don't die or whatever." The female murder drone remarked before flying off. It kind of pissed Lizzy off that the whole colony didn't notice Doll's disappearance.
Lizzy walked up to the cabin that was originally explored, opening the door, she heard a gasp and there she was. Visor-to-visor with the red worker.
"D-Doll?" Lizzy asked, taking a few steps closer. Doll simply stood where she was, rubbing one of her arms and looking down. The red worker expected anything, a slap to the face, cursing her out for doing that to her crush, anything. But instead, she heard sniffling. Doll looked up and her optics hollowed in shock to find Lizzy crying.
"Y-You idiot! Why did you leave? Why did you want to kill so bad? I didn't even-" Lizzy stopped herself. She was pissed yeah, but what was yelling going to do? Make it worse. She sighed, her tears still coming down like crazy to the point they were leaking out of her visor.
"I'm sorry..." Doll whispered. She wasn't sure what to say in that moment to the blonde worker. She had made her crush cry, it was all her fault. She ruined it that night, she ruined prom, and most of all she thought she ruined any kind of relationship they would ever have together.
I don't deserve her...
Doll slowly walked up to the blonde worker and wiped her visor with her robotic hands, which eventually led to Lizzy's face being cupped by the red worker's hands.
"I just wanted it to be us that night...for a reason...but you didn't listen to me." The blonde worker let her words out in a bare whisper, looking into Doll's optics. She wanted to make her understand the anger and pain she went through during that time, which the red worker caught onto right away.
"I shouldn't have made the decision so fast. I-I'm sorry for bringing you into it Lizzy, but I love you too much to let you get hurt."
"Wait-? You love me?" Lizzy jumped at her words, looking at her crush, Doll noticed the play in her words leading her to a panic.
"I-I mean well, it's not, I do but-I just-mphf!" Doll was caught off guard in the kiss Lizzy gave her. The blonde worker was too happy to care in that moment.
The Russian robotic girl was tense at first, unsure of what to do.
Screw it...
Doll leaned into the kiss, tilting her head to deepen the connection. Lizzy moaned at the contact and soon enough the two were in a make out session on the floor of the cabin. Lizzy laid on the floor while Doll was dominantly on top of her, running her hands up and down the blonde workers sides, creating small moans and praises coming out of her mouth. It was then Lizzy asked a singular question:
"Do you wanna like...go in the bedroom?"
