human trials

i open my eyes as the guards drag us into the camp, "how many of you are there" i hear the guard say as i'm behind clarke. i wince, "wait. she's not a prisoner, she's my daughter" i hear abby say. "clarke" she mumbles, "mom?"

...

"i need saline and pressure dressing" i hear abby say. "i'm on it"

i open my eyes and look and see jackson. "hey, she's awake" he says. 

"alright"

"are they alright" i hear a guard say, "they'll be fine"

"i'm so sorry, i had no idea who they were"

"where have you been?" she asks. "byrne" abby says, "mount weather" i say say sitting up. "the grounders took you to mount weather?" she asks, "no. the mountain men" i mumble, "we have to get them out"

"we're not doing this right now" 

"yes ma'am" byrne walks out, "abby. did anyone else make it?"

"yes, 6 of you did" i smile. "finn and bellamy?" she nods. "i thought they were dead" i mumble, "where's my dad?" i ask, she looks down. "he went to try and make peace with the grounders" she says. "what? no he can't i've tried he shouldn't-"

"he'll be fine, he has guards. you'll see him soon" it's not that i want to see him, but i just want to know he's alive.

i nod, "i thought you were dead" clarke mumbles, "i thought- i thought you were dead" clarke sobs. abby hugs her, i lay down and turn the other way.

...

i wake up and look and see abby and clarke, i sit up and get off the table. i walk out of the room and see raven sitting outside. i smile, "hey. it's so good to see you" she stands up and hugs me, "how's your leg?" i ask. 

"broken" i nod, "i'm sorry" she shrugs, "not like you pulled the trigger" 

abby and clarke walk out and raven goes to hug clarke, "i've been waiting here all night. abby said you two needed sleep" she says, clarke looks at raven's leg. "raven i-"

"sucks, but i'm dealing with it" 

"open the gate" i look and see bellamy.

"bellamy" i mumble, "go, we'll catch up" raven says to me. 

i nod, "ok" i start walking towards them as abby walks away, i start running and i wrap my arms around bellamy's neck. i feel him wrap his arms around my waist. "now there's something i never thought i'd see" i hear octavia say. i don't let go him for a second, i pull away and smile. 

i look at octavia. "glad you're ok" i mumble, "you too" she adds.

i pull away as raven and clarke catch up to us. "how many are with you?" bellamy asks, i shake my head. "none" he looks at me. i look around, "where's finn?" he stares at me, "looking for you" my eyes widen.

...

"we need to go get finn" bellamy says, "he won't come back till he finds you" he adds, i look at him, "what?"

"he was determined to find you, and i don't think he'll stop till he does. but i know where he's going" i nod. 

abby walks out of the room, "what's the plan?" i ask, "the plan is we're gonna cut finn and murphy loose"

"what no you can't" i defend. "we don't have the manpower to send out two rescue missions and protect our camp"

"mom, they're in trouble" clarke adds, "they're either gonna get themselves killed. or they're gonna make things worse with the grounders, who we need to get our people out of mount weather"
