grounders escort clarke and i back to camp. "hold your fire! they're back! open the gate!" 

a guard runs to the gate and finn runs to me, "you ok?"

"shut the gate!" clarke yells. i grab finns arm,"you can't be out here" i whisper walking off. 

clarke runs to her mom, "what did she say?" abby asks. clarke looks at me, "is there a chance for a truce?" abby adds. "yes"

"what's wrong?" finn mumbles. "they want you" i say, "if they want a truce, we have to give them finn" i add.

"what the hell are you talking about?" raven asks, "that's their offer"

"that's not an offer" raven states. "it's a punishment, for what happened at the village. blood for blood"

"that's insane" bellamy mumbles, "if we refuse?" abby asks. "they attack"

"i say we give him up!"

"get rid of him!" people start yelling, "give him to the grounders" one man says, raven looks at him before turning and pushing him, and clarke grabs her. "raven. raven. raven, listen to me. nothing is gonna happen to him" she says. "i promise, ok?"

"i'm not dying for him. spacewalker burned three months of oxygen from the ark. he should've floated along time ago, throw him out" i watch as raven pushes him and they start fighting. "stop! reyes" byrne says. raven turns punching her, the guards grab raven and take her away from the chaos. i look at the crowd. 

what have we done.

i'm still pacing my room, "kaleigh it will be ok" bellamy says. "the only way to save our people, is to give them finn. and if we do that, he dies. god this is all my fault" i mumble continuing to pace the room, 

"kaleigh. this is not your fault, you did not order him to go into that village" bellamy says, i ignore him and continue pacing. he stands up grabbing my shoulders. 

"kaleigh" 

i look at him, "calm down. we won't let them have finn, ok. we'll figure something out" i nod, "ok"

"come on" we walk out of the room and look for finn.

"hey, we're reinforcing all defenses, doubles on the perimeter. no one's getting past that wire" bellamy says to finn, he stands up. "i'll see where they're thin" finn says. "no, you should head inside. B corridor would be easier to defend, if it comes to that" i nod, "i'm not going to hide"

"finn. right now, we have to think about keeping you safe. i'm going to talk to lincoln" 

"come on" bellamy says, finn looks at me. "finn" bellamy mumbles, finn nods walking off with bellamy. i turn and start walking, "any orders from me princess?" i turn and look at murphy, "stay from me" i say.

i turn, "just trying to be helpful" i turn back looking at him, "you were with him at the village"

"i tried to stop him"

"not hard enough" i turn and start walking away from him. "you know what? you want to start blaming people kaleigh? he was out there looking for you" i look at him,

don't do it kaleigh. don't do it.

i walk away heading to medical. i see clarke in there already, "hey" i say. i notice he's restrained. "he's not a reaper anymore. he doesn't need to be restrained" i state. "yes, i do" lincoln says. i look at him, "just tell us. is there a way to make peace?" abby says,

"did she leave riders behind?" he asks. "two just outside the gate"

"they're waiting for finn, you don't have much time to decide" i rub my face, "she can't just expect us to just hand over one of our own people. would she do that?" Octavia says stepping closer to lincoln
