(Marjorie's pov)

"You ok Marjorie? Marjorie?" Autumn asked me. I must have zoned out as I turn to face her as she has a concerned look across her face. "Are you ok? I was calling you for ages." She states, raising an eyebrow.

"Oh yeah no sorry, I think I zoned out" I reply, resuming typing my half finished email. "Are you sure? You seem off today." she asks, looking at me confused and concerned. "Oh my, yes Autumn I am completely fine,I'm always fine, just leave it." I respond, raising my voice ever so slightly at the end. She turns back to her computer and leaves me for now.

The end of the day rolls around and I'm packing up when Reece walks through the door. "Hey you.", he says, softly smiling at me, "Little sis." he says, turning to face Autumn, where he receives a look from here, as if to say 'look out for her, something isn't right'. He nods and turns back to me, thinking I didn't see the whole thing, but I pretended not to know. "You almost ready gorgeous?" he asks, leaning against the doorframe, crossing his arms and waiting for me to finish. "Uhm yeah I think so, I mean... yeah no I think it's all good." I respond walking over to him and giving him a quick kiss on the cheek, walking past him.

(Reece's pov)

"Hey Aut, what's happened with her?" I ask, stopping her from walking out. She shrugs her shoulders, "I don't know, she didn't tell me anything, she just yelled for me to leave it, keep an eye on her big brother, something is wrong." she responds, walking out to her car.

I meet Marjorie over by the car and we both climb in. I just grip the steering wheel, not wanting to go anywhere yet. "Are you ok?" I say turning to face her. A look of confusion and fear shoots over her face before she forces a smile. "I'm fine, I'm always fine." she says bluntly, before gesturing for me to start driving.

Once we get home, she shoots upstairs to go change, whilst I make myself comfy on the sofa. I pick up my phone and start scrolling, I have to pass the time until she comes downstairs, then we can cuddle. I turn around just as she walks down the stairs in one of my hoodies, which is way too big for her which makes it look so good on her. She makes her way for the kitchen but I call her over. "Come here you, we need to talk." I say, which makes her stop in her tracks and redirect herself to sit next to me, facing me but not touching me. Odd, she always wants to be touching me in one way or another. I shake it off and start the conversation.

"Marjorie, you know you can tell me anything right?" I ask her, to which she nods, "Ok good. What's wrong?" I ask her, my voice laced with concern. She shakes her head and stands up, "Reece I'm fine, I'm always fine." I grab her wrist gently to stop her walking off and pull her to sit in my lap. "Right", I say sternly, making eye contact with her, "You are not fine, I know that, and you know that. You don't have to talk right now, but just know that you don't always have to be fine, it's okay to not be okay." I say to her, placing a kiss on the top of her head.

She looks up at me, with this look on her face, almost as if she is asking for reassurance. I place a hand on her cheek, "Yes baby, it's okay." I say and with that she breaks down in tears. I pull her in close to my chest, allowing her head to rest over my heart, knowing that helps calm her down, along with me gently stroking through her hair.

After a while, her sobs calm down and her arms snake their way around my neck and she lifts her head up to meet mine, pressing her lips against mine, only parting as air became a problem. "Reece?" she asks, her voice shaking a bit. "Yes gorgeous?" I respond, confused on what she wants.

"Uhm... Would it be okay if I talked?" she asks as she turns her head to face away. I gently grab her chin, turning her face back toward me. "Of course you can, you go at your pace and I'm listening the whole time." I say, pressing a kiss to her lips. "Thank you my love." She responds.

"Okay, so I'm not sure where it really started. I had a pretty normal morning. Just before lunch there was this parent that came in to ask Autumn to get some paperwork, seeing as Agatha is on annual leave. And so Autumn left, which left me and this parent in the room. I was just getting on with an email when they start making small talk, so I made it back. And then they made a comment about me, well you as well in a way." she says, and I raise an eyebrow at the last part, "They said you were very deserving of someone who looked as good as you, they said that it was only a matter of time until you found someone, and that I was just a ugly slob and I am only holding you over until you find someone better, who you deserve." she finishes, her voice breaking and she looks down, too upset to look at me.

"Oh my baby, I'm so sorry." I say placing a kiss on the side of her face, lifting her chin up so our gazes meet. "First of all, nothing that parent said is true, and I want you to know that, and second of all you are the most gorgeous woman I ever set my eyes on. You had me in a choke hold from day 1, and you are the most beautiful person I have ever met, inside and out. Never, and I mean never, doubt that for one second." I finish, placing my hands on either side of her face and giving her a gentle kiss on the lips.

Marjorie pulls away, and her hands go to either side of my face too. "I love you Reece, I don't think I have ever been more set on anything in my life, I know you are the one for me, and thank you, because you know me and how to get right into my heart, even though you are my heart." she says, placing a firm kiss on my lips.

(Marjorie's pov)

"I love you too Marjorie." he says, standing up and telling me to stay on the sofa, as he disappears out the room. All of the sudden, music comes on over the speaker, more importantly my favourite song, Love Story by Taylor Swift. Reece enters the room and walks over, holding out his hand. "Dance it out?" he asks. I giggle and grab his hand, standing up and joining him for a dance.

A/N: Sorry for no updates, finally finished birthday celebrations. I'm not too sure about this chapter, I had an idea a couple days ago and didn't have time to write then, so this is what I can remember from it and some other bits, hope it's good
